it would be easier for the stylist if the most recent formula was at the top of the client file. along with having 'add new internal note' at the top as well.

Authenticate Email Addresses upon account creation
Please require valid email addresses in accounts. For example if someone uses an incorrect ending @gmail in stead of @gmail.com that should be flagged by boulevard prior to completion. This is causing issues with our data syncs.

Saved checkout tickets
It would be nice to have the ability to "save" a ticket for checkout at a later time. Occasionally there are weird workarounds that need to be addressed in a ticket - something like a non-present client paying for another client. Not all of our staff are pros at Boulevard yet, and we don't always have a front desk person, so being able to set up a ticket with the necessary adjustments and then saving it to check out later would be a big help.

If search for client with phone number and they're not in the system
Starting to enter a new client clears the form and the phone number is lost.
When creating new appointment - will search by a phone number, if phone number doesn't come up they'll click "create new client" - but number they entered defaults to "first name". When they delete the number from first name, the entire "new client" form disappears

Be able to checkout offline
When the wifi goes out, the checkout process goes down. It would be nice to have the ability to still checkout a client and have the transaction process when the system comes back online (see Square).

When client arrives, the appointment moves to the exact time of arrival.
When client arrives, the appointment moves to the exact time of arrival. For example: Tim is scheduled at 4:30, but arrives at 4:42. The appointment on the calendar would be moved down to 4:42.

Provide a bug reporting option instead of just feature requests
Several items that are in the feature requests are more bugs in the software than features that are requested. It would be nice to have a mechanism for reporting them as bugs so they may have more visibility to engineering and not require votes to be seen/acted upon.

Add ability to alter "extra time" accommodations through "client profile" currently only available during the last step of booking.
Currently, the only way to tell Boulevard that a client takes extra time, is to hit "edit details" at the last step of booking, then alter the time allotted, then click "remember ..."
So, to alter a person's amount of time needed, a "ghost appointment" needs to be made so that the receptionist can get to that point, get through that point, then back out.
It's a bit cumbersome.
It would be nice to simply go to the client's profile & set the allotted time.
