Pay a provider commission on no show and cancellation fees
When a client is charged for a late cancellation or no show, it does not show up under the providers commission and they should still be paid for that. There's also no way to easily track who was charged to add it in manually.

The ability to customize the amount of payment for a canceled appt would also be good to have. We pay some providers a lower "canceled appt" fee for services that were not rendered.
