  5. Practice Fusion Integration - Medical Records System - For Charting purposes

    "It's our medical record system. We keep our charts for each patient in that system. We also use it for scheduling. So we would have had to keep duplicate schedules or duplicate customer information if we used Boulevard."

  10. Employees receive products and services at cost and tax-free. A way to easily remove tax from the checkout window and a separate way to check out employees' purchases so that they can be reported on independently from retail would remove the need for several workarounds, save time, and eliminate errors by ensuring that default tax settings don't need to be under constant change.

  11. When a stylist logins to there account at the web app feature, the stylist should only be able to run there reports for them specifically not for the whole salon and other stylist.

    Possibly have reports that show the following:

    number of appointments this week

    Mini production ( hair sales, retail sales, number of appointments this week)

    Production report (total sales, by hours etc)

    Ratings: so stylist can see there ratings linked to them and only them.

  12. The Discounts and Offers BETA report is important to give us the data we need to report on total revenue a discount/offer code brings to the business and when it was used. The Detailed Line Item report gets us most of the way there but the offers are listed as "Offer-based Discount" and not the offer code/name instead.

    The Discounts and Offers report does not allow us to drill down or easily see what order/client/staff it is tied to.

  14. Would be great if there was an option for the checkout window in the dashboard to auto populate new codes when selling a gift card so our team doesn't have to track what codes are already in use/would help avoid adding funds to an existing card that's associated with different client

  15. Often management will make a block that should remain persistent, staff may move or delete (or worst delete the series instead of single instance) which can cause lots of issues.

  20. When a push notification comes up on my phone and I click on it, it opens the Boulevard app, but doesn't bring me to the appointment that was just booked and now the push is gone so I can't see what date the new appointment is for. Would be great to be brought to the actual appointment
