Our providers are currently unable to see client pronouns in their mobile boulevard app. They also can't see scheduling alerts, or any client profile notes (they can only view appointment/internal notes). We need pronouns to be available at a glance, and for other notes to be viewable when entering the profile.

  3. I’d like to request an enhancement to the Privilege Groups settings regarding access to summary reports. Currently, there is an option to hide commission reports, but there is no way to restrict access to other specific reports under the Summaries tab.

    For example, I’d like my front desk staff to have access to the Inventory Summary and Daily Schedule reports but not to financial reports or other sensitive data. However, as it stands, allowing access to summaries gives them visibility into all reports rather than just the ones relevant to their role.

    Would it be possible to implement a feature…

  4. Useful when leads submit forms with images attached. Uploading to the Gallery via image URLs would allow us to have all client info in Blvd. Instead of just text details (name, email, phone, etc) in Blvd while the photos have to be accessed elsewhere.

    This ability could allow an easy Zapier integration for an Add Images To Gallery action.

    Heck, uploading images via URL could simplify data migration for new Blvd subscribers.

    Gallery uploads being limited to local storage feels a little outdated in this modern world.

  5. Sometimes forms get addedd accidentally and saved as a draft during treatment...but it ends up being a duplicate or wrong form...and there is currently no way to delete that. Might I suggest that you make CERtain USER TYPES/admins be able to delete these. the archive option is only available when the mandatory info is completed...which is annoying AND integrates a form into the patient chart that is extra and erroneous since you just have to put babble in the mandatory spots.

  6. Not all our providers perform all our services. When we are booking an appt, If you click under a persons name, under the dropdown of services it shows all our services. It would be nice if just the services that provider does pops up.

  8. Leviticus would like a way to update product pricing from the purchase order screen. For example, when you make an order we're waiting on and it arrives and the price has gone up, I would love if changing the unit price could update the product price.

  9. Would like this added to the Membership tab... If payment has failed and the client has put a new payment on file... it charges them for missed months but it would be better to know what months were missed on the order notes or invoices. We have had a few client issues with this because they get charged multiple times in a month to catch up and don't understand why. So there needs to be a change in wording on the receipts. Also on the backend, it would be nice to see when we refunded the membership in the membership…

  10. If clients reschedule their appointments, they get a new text & email confirming the change, but when they click "add to my calendar" it doesn't get rid of the original appointment, so they will now have 2 different appointments on their calendar. Has caused confusion for several clients.

  11. It would be incredibly helpful to have more customizable employee access options within the reporting system. Currently, I have receptionists who need access to inventory reports but should not have access to summaries reports. While I was able to grant them access to inventory on hand, they cannot filter the report to see specific details like desired quantity—which limits its usefulness.

    Additionally, I’ve noticed that the summaries page displays more data than the reports page. Ideally, these should mirror each other, or the reports page should provide more detailed insights and filtering options.

  12. I am new to Boulevard and disappointed to see the lack of ability to create Quotes for patient via print and email. I use quotes every day to promote my practice, increase revenue and improve client scheduling and outcomes. Quotes are essential to a successful practice. Had I known this was not an option I would have considered another EMR system.

  16. Limit the amount of times a client can self reschedule. For instance, we've had a client reschedule the same appoinment 6 times in just one month! That is very excessive and wish there was a way to control. May they get a warning stating they have reached the amount of reschedule and must call office to reschedule or something similar to that.

  17. Instead of doing the payout for deposit before confirming the drawer count, the deposit feature should be included on the count drawer screen. I'd like to count all the money in the drawer including the incoming cash for the day and then have a button that says payout deposit where i can put the difference of what i took in the day and what i started with and THEN confirm drawer, so that the new drawer starts with the amount we keep in the drawer at all times.
