  1. Our salon needs commission tiers with a layered structure, e.g., $1-2500 = 40% of that amount. Then, the amount between 2500-3500 could receive 45%, and 3500-5000 = 50%, and so on. This should also include an hourly and commission option to fulfill state minimum wage requirements that can be reflected in the commission totals. (minimum hourly rate; or rate desired would work randomly with the commission totals showing that the hourly totals could be nullified by commission amounts if desired.)

  2. Create an option in automated reminders to a specific group of tagged clients. For example, our clients who are doing HRT will be reminded in 6 months to get bloodwork done.

  3. We have a lot of services so it would be great if the client can search for the service instead of having to find it one by one. Especially if they want more than one service in different categories. It's very important for a seamless client experience.

  4. It would be great if we were able to allow links in our automatic texting response during off hours. Prior to BLVD, we used google voice, and we would write something along the lines of "Thanks for reaching out, but the salon is currently closed, if you're looking to book an appointment, you can do so online at www.blvd.com..." This way, it will take the client messaging the salon directly to our booking link. We also included our R+Co affiliate link to generate online product sales as well.

  5. Currently, when appointments are booked manually (outside of online booking), there is no way to collect a client’s card on file without contacting them directly.

    This creates extra administrative work and delays, and leaves bookings unprotected.

    Suggested Solution:
    Allow businesses to send clients a secure link via text or email to add a card on file for any appointment, regardless of how it was booked.

    Impact:
    Reduces admin time, improves efficiency, and helps protect against no-shows while creating a smoother client experience.

  7. Indicate time as well of appt under history tab and the actual services done upon checkout to be more accurate under history tab. Lots of time, services are added on/changed. The history tab is a better snapshot than having to click into the actual date and viewing order. Also, seeing the last time history helps us schedule out when we are offering future visit times.

  8. Self explanatory in question. You can put in compensation for everything other than what an employees hourly rate is even though they're on the clock. If they're on the clock, most likely they are receiving an hourly wage in addition to commission.

  9. Most platforms don't charge for sms text-why are we charged exorbitant fees on top of the high price of this platform? This makes me consider leaving BVD. We are consistently getting messages to "send text blasts" to clients-it can cost hundreds of dollars. When will BVD address his? There have been so many posts about SMS text charges.

  12. Is there a way to have a list of all charts that need review or forms rather than checking day by day...this gets tedious and does not tell me if there is a form i missed for review as the medical director. 215-266-2903 is my direct line for questions or concerns

  17. Ability to send an incorrect or incomplete chart back to a provider if a medical director will not approve the chart. The chart would then require the provider's attention to rectify the issues flagged by their medical director.

  18. My service providers have the ability to block themselves in case of emergencies or things that come up. It would be ideal to be able to monitor how often this is occurring to keep track of this.

  20. Business manager should be able to set notifications for ALL bookings, reschedule, and cancelations. I want to be text notified of all scheduling activity for the business. Not just my own schedule, but all employees.
