  1. We use a treatment record with before and after photos at each appointment. It would be helpful to go in and rename the treatment record (ex: Filler and Skin Boosters, or Neurotoxin). When comparing photos in the gallery, I can only go by the date of service, not a description of the service a client received that date.

  2. Sometimes clients will text photos for us to share with our stylists/colorists but we are unable to then share these photos via outgoing texts. This seems like a simple fix that would benefit communication.

  4. If you charge clients a no-show fee in Blvd, it counts towards your service and appointment count in all reporting. This provides an inaccurate count of actual completed appointments. Blvd should have these fully separate, or have the ability to filter them out. No-show charges ideally would function more like a product sale.

  12. We would like a way to limit the amount of clients who can book for a specific service in a given time range.

  14. There is no marketing filter for gift certificates. Who is most likely to buy one? The person who last bought one. Right now we have 8k people in there with no appointments- some are gift cert buyers, some canceled....its really hard to tell who is who. We tried to hand tag it and it was a massive protect. We just need a gift certificate filter to reach those people and re-market to them.
    It would also just be super helpful to know who received a gift cert. Its really hard to tell and we do sometimes use a gift cert…

  17. There should be an option to add a modifier to the persons request of service on the waitlist. This is helpful due to some modifiers being linked to time wanted for service (i.e. a modifier/addon that adds 15 mins to a service time)

  20. As of right now, BLVD's checkout system while using a card on file is not very user friendly. When charging a card on file, it does not prompt them to the checkout screen like if they were to if they were charging card with the BLVD Duo. It just runs the card and says payment complete. This can create an uncomfortable situation as we have to ask the clients out loud if they would like to add gratuity to aesthetic services.
