  1. On the desktop version of Boulevard you can move service providers into a particular order which is awesome but when viewed on the app it is all out of order. Could you please make the schedule order reflect the same in the app or make the schedule order adjustable on the app so we can rearrange service providers? Thank you.

  2. A bulk action to deactivate all gift cards with zero balance would be a great help to clean up the database and reports for gift cards.

    Bonus points for a tool that will bulk deactivate gift cards that were sold prior to a certain date (due to expiration)

  3. I would love to have full integration with Jotform and BLVD. I have a beautiful new client form I created on Jotform, and there is no way to link it to client profiles. BLVD integrated forms do not allow for any special/fancy/cute formatting, and do not allow clients to upload photos.

  6. ...could we get some additional precautions added to the appt confirmation messages to include a couple more symptoms than the COVID preamble such as fever, sores, swollen lymph nodes. We have already had 12 clients cancel appts due to state mandated isolation requests.

  7. Many of these have extra terms and it would be best if businesses could force that we have the client's total information and a functioning payment method on file, which would be guaranteed by shifting sale of these items to online only.

  10. A simple confirmation: "are you sure you would like to delete this credit card?" before deleting cards from a client profile would be great. It could be very easy to accidentally delete a card and have no way to recover from it.

  13. It would be nice if there was any kind of export feature for appointment history. As a massage studio we sometimes have to send clients a list of appointments for insurance or legal purposes. Currently, the only way to do this is a series of screenshots, which looks horribly unprofessional. Having the option to include any appointment notes is crucial to this as well as payment information.

  14. There should be a window where you can see ALL of the active services for the location from the EMPLOYEE view, and easily toggle on "ONLINE BOOKING" on and off. It is difficult to go into EACH service under the employee and then click online booking on or off. Too many steps, hard to have one simple view of what can and can't be booked online for each employee.

  16. We offer Foot Massages DURING all other lash and beauty services. They are completed by a different technician. So we have one on the face and one on the feet. Many ecomm platform offer a "Suggested Product" at check out. It would save a lot of time if Massages would come up as a complimentary service to book as they are choose their lash or beauty service. It encourages a higher ticket. This isnt an add on either because we have 2 techs working and we need the Service to be added not just a random top up add on…

  17. When we run Time-Keeping report for payroll - 2 weeks - and export it, each staff member is a sheet in excel. I'd love a summary page of the totals on one page.

  18. Clients who are the guest of another client have a note to indicate that fact. The person who booked the appointment (the guest of ...) doesn't indicate they have a guest. This can get confusing when moving appointments or adjusting a therapist's schedule.

  20. Other salon software allows warnings or lockouts to prevent staff from clocking in too early for shift or from lunches. Adding this option and helping Boulevard businesses more options to follow labor law will help immensely.
