Allow for third decimal to show on the tax rate
Some places have taxes that require a third decimal (8.375%). When entering this into the dashboard it rounds to 8.38%
Though it still seems to calculate 8.375% at checkout it would be nice if that was reflected in the dashboard

I would really like for massage clients to be able to add on a sauna or sauna clients to be able to add on a massage. We have a lot of services that can be grouped together but are not performed by the same practitioner. It would be nice to be able to suggest add ons for specific services and allow different providers to perform the add ons

Service Packages with Integrated Product Bundles
I would love the ability to create packages that include both services and retail products as part of a single bundled offering.
Current Limitation:
At the moment, packages are limited to services only. This creates friction when trying to sell results-driven programs that require both in-spa treatments and consistent at-home care.Why This Matters:

Allow commission to be tied to a different staff member than the one who performed the service.
Services are performed by assistants (e.g., nurses), but commission should go to the supervising provider who owns the patient. Today, commission is tied only to the staff member on the appointment, forcing manual reassignment at checkout. We need the ability to attribute commission to a different provider.

Multiple consumables tied to a service that appear as a single, clean service on the client receipt.
Would like a way to offer a service that's comprised of multiple consumables trackable for inventory (ie. Microneedling service + topical exosomes with associated microneedling cartridge and exosome dose) - presented as a single, clean service to the client without showing the client the internal consumables on the receipt. Having a top-level service with associated add-on services configured with product usage allow for proper inventory decrementing, but would like to hide the internal consumables from client view.

Ability to add middle initials to account. We have many clients that have the same exact name (crazy, right), and having a way to list a middle initial to differentiate these clients would make check in much more swift.

Offer "dynamic pricing" which would offer discounted (or higher pricing) depending on the day. This is important to encourage booking for slower days, as well as to capitalize on busier days.

Create a Seniority option for Precision Scheduling
Precision Scheduling lacks the option to distribute clients by seniority when "First Available" is selected. This is super unfortunate since I feel like most salons and spas operate that way. It's becoming a serious issue with my senior estheticians when all of the new bookings are going to my newer estheticians even when they have the availability. I've adjusted the Precision Scheduling to distribute clients evenly but this is a HUGE PROBLEM that I hope can be fixed ASAP!

Digital Gift Cards. In general the in person/phone gift card purchase option for Boulevard kinda stinks.
Offering digital gift cards with an auto generated gift card number would be great! We do not offer physical gift cards. So, the only way for us to sell gift cards at the salon is through the salon website via Boulevard.

membership renewal
When a membership is paused and scheduled to resume, clients should receive an automated email reminder 24–48 hours before the charge date.
This would help prevent unexpected charges, reduce support issues/refund requests, and improve overall customer experience.
Ideally, the reminder would include the membership details, resume date, and a link to manage or modify the membership.
