  1. It would be awesome to have the ability to customize what data shows on reports as well as normal information pages. For example, being able to add a "date purchased" or "last date used" column to the gift card screen.

    Our old software allowed customization on virtually every display of information, and it made life much easier for things like looking up lost gift cards.

  7. When changing the seller of a product it takes effect on the date of the change, not the date of the sale. I often change these commissions after the close of a pay period which can result in negative commissions on the next pay period (which my payroll company won't accept). It would be better for the changes to be effective as of the original date to keep things all on one pay period.

  8. It would be more streamlined if clients could see from the Appointment Preferences page on the widget that there is an option to purchase a membership or package (if applicable). Right now, they have to click into Individual Appointment. Making it more obvious from the get go would be helpful.

  10. We need the date of the day we send out manual text confirmations to be copy/paste friendly. There's no way to copy the date of a day so we can paste it in scripts.

  11. We have 99% of our client phone numbers, but only ~25% of their emails. It would be nice if there was some interaction that could be turned on where clients are asked for their email address after a repeated appointment.

    Thanks for coming to Abundant Salon again, for added convenience, you can respond with your email address to receive receipts, booking confirmations, and instructions on how to set up an online booking account if you don't already have one.

    Then capture response containing email address and add it to the database. Potentially would have to create a blacklist of domains…

  13. Notes on client profile should show which user left them, so we can reach out to that employee if there is a question about the note, and don't have to rely on them signing their name at the end

  14. We offer packages for 50 or more wash & blowout services and currently to do so we had to add 30 vouchers of the service and then 20 vouchers of the service. Would prefer to not have a limit and just add all at once

  15. Within privilege groups/settings, give the ability to hide just the client's last name from a certain privilege group (stylists). Today, the options are to hide all client info or full name. Reason is to protect client details from stylists (concern is around stylists finding clients on IG/FB with first and last name).

  19. Under the manage tab in products, I wish there was a check box next to each product where you could select products line by line and have a button to select that would create a PO from there. This is much faster than creating POs brand by brand. When I'm in the products section, I can sort by quantity and quickly get an idea of all products that need re-ordering instead of creating a PO brand by brand. If we only used a few brands this wouldn't be an issue but we have over 30 brands so creating POs is…
