Allow client notes to be searched by keyword. For example, I would like to collect a list of the clients we have designated as "Do Not Schedule" since using Boulevard by the words "Do Not". It would also be helpful for training purposes if we could search by shared keywords for client scenarios.

Option to change description in the "Include a Message" field on online booking widget
Give an option to edit the fields in the online booking widget. For example, instead of "Include a Message," our salon would like to have it say "Tell us about your hair goals for this appointment."

Ability to decide if we want to show prices of services during online booking for medspas
It would be nice to have the option not to show the prices of our services when patients use the online booking feature.
It's something we've never done and it's not common practice for the other medspas in our area to advertise the cost of services during online booking or anywhere on their website.
We just want people to be able to book the service(s) online without showing the cost of the selected service(s).

Very often when I am merging two client profiles the second profile will not pop up, I am sure I am entering the information correctly.

Allow offer code for one item in checkout window
Ability to set an offer code condition that would only apply the offer code to one line item (could be retail or service) rather than all line items in the checkout window

Notification to Owner of all new bookings
Meevo had the capability to set up custom notifications where I as the owner could get an email or a text for every new booking. I loved it as it always kept me aware of how we are doing on bookings. I know theres a notification bell on the dashboard but that only shows online bookings. I would like to see all bookings- via reception etc

Boulevard should have a “first available” button so when you click on that it would immediately show us the first available appointment.

It would also be cool if you could select a specific stylist as well to see their first available appointment.

Number stamp for chart markup
A "stamp" you press the number from a drop down and just stamp the number plain, no box. no line, where you put it is where it drops, more simplified for marking up charts.

Add grids with optional text to charts and forms
In some of the charts we use, we need grids with titles and text boxes to add information. It could be an option under the Paragraph option in the Build tab

add ons should appear before transition time and grouped with the service
It is confusing to have add ons appearing after a service's transition time. It would be nice to have them appear as the modifiers do or at least grouped with the service they are attached to.

stop zero minute services from showing on the calendar.
Zero minute services just started showing up on the calendar taking up 15 minute blocks. We set them at zero minutes so they do not show on the calendar. Please go back to the way it was for this.

Only surface location-specific forms within appointment details
Forms not enabled for Location A are available for staff to select within the location’s appointment details page and this should not be the case

Allow clients to prebook after checkout from iPad.
When clients check out, after the welcome screen, having a "prebook your next appointment" button where they can do it directly from the iPad while they're in with us would be great. Added bonus-- a suggested timeframe/ note on the screen of when they should rebook for if they decide not to rebook right then.

Honor membership billing terms
Have the platform honor membership terms - if "this membership cancels in a year" - offer an END DATE & stop billing after that date is hit.

The ability to reorder or rename credit cards within the client profile to help differentiate between debit/credit and HSA cards.

Deposit pop up on iPad
It would be awesome if there was a way to have a pop up on the in store iPad to take a deposit instead of it having to be manually done internally on the Dashboard
