  3. allow for the creation of "other" payment types that are excluded from revenue calculations. For example, if we give our staff treatment benefits and want to treat it like a normal appointment for checking out and record keeping purposes, we should be able to pay using an "other" payment type, but have that automatically excluded from revenue calculations since there is not really revenue associated with it. Same for influencer accounts who's fees are waived and a number of other scenarios.

  4. If you could simply rearrange the add on services to put them in your desired order that would be amazing. Currently, you have to delete them all and re add them if you want a certain one at the top.

  7. when you click on an individual online booking, theres an option to make it as read. Sometimes there is not enough time to go through each booking so when theres 30+ bookings, its hard to organize which have been looked at/audited vs which are actually new and haven't been seen. Just a thought

  8. We have quite a few families that we see as clients and the parent wants to use the CC on file. Instead of having to type the card number in each profile, it would be beneficial to be able to group them under one profile.

  13. Online booking members have been recreating accounts because they put in a different email address than the one originally provided. In turn this makes them two different accounts, one of which has all vouchers/memberships/history attached, and one that doesn't. This poses a problem at check out when they aren't able to redeem vouchers/memberships without reception or provider knowing to merge the accounts beforehand.

  16. Not all users who have access to the client profile should be able to change a voucher's expiration date. This impact liabilities and makes it too easy for any user to honor services beyond the company's sales rules. It should be approved and updated by management only.

  17. It would be amazing to be able to either take/upload videos into a chart. This is specifically helpful if we are doing body treatments and want to have a video of the before/after for comparison

  18. I want to look at a client's voucher activity, which includes totals, on a given date. This is for the purposes of auditing a client's account to ensure correct application of vouchers. If there could be some sort of "Voucher History" with totals at the end of each date, that is greatly needed.
