Horizontal scroll bar on Calendar page
We have 30+ staff and a lot of resources. Instead of making the columns smaller and thus unreadable, would be better to have an option for a horizontal scroll

Gift Card - Allowing Partial Refunds on GC Purchases
Currently, we cannot process partial refunds on purchased gift cards. Example: I buy a $50 GC and I want to refund $25 of that GC back to the client. Currently it zeros out the entire card. Looking to have this as a feature add to allow adjustments to staff error's when purchasing GC's. (Work around) Refunding amount the client is due back. This results in the card balance going to zero automatically. Then create a new sale with the same GC # for the correct amount and charging it to Other)

Can we add visible notes & date parameters in order to contact clients quickly for their personal preferences??
We have long waiting lists and can work better if specifics are immediately visible.

Send confirmation email for appointments scheduled after the scheduled confirmations go out
It would be nice to send appointment confirmations out for appointments that are scheduled after the normal confirmations go out. So, a Wednesday appointment that is scheduled after 3:00 on Monday would still get a "confirm your appointment" email. Yes, they should still come because they just scheduled it, but sometimes they miss that and it doesn't get confirmed.

When a client has a set price that will always be the same for a service and staff, a symbol next to their name and that service will appear.

Report showing return clients per stylist or Refine search filter
When a stylist leaves the salon, want to send a promo to their clients, but not just to any client that's ever seen the provider. We'd like to only send it to a list of clients that saw the provider on a regular basis. This could be an additional search option on the Client page as well

Add more info on the order popup from the frontdesk/calendar
If more information was presented on the popup for appts (and maybe only completed ones) then you wouldnt even have to go to the order to review for certain things.
I would add a line item price next to each name (so one new column) and then show the gratuity on completed orders. Then you could quicky review a whole days orders without actually having to leave the calendar or frnot desk view.
Another option would be having the "view order" go to a slide out, always on top screen like the new appointments/checkout. And i would reiterate my suggestion…

Allow Ctrl+Clicks of view orders and other dashboard buttons to open in a new tab.
When reviewing orders from the front desk or calendar, if you hit view order it goes to the order, then the only thing you can do is go "back to orders" which is just the master list and not where you came from.
I have to then select the date and screen again. If ctrl+clicks were working on those buttons I could at least keep my place when navigating. (and for instance, ctrl+clicks work on the Front Desk, Calendar, Messages, etc top menu items)

Remove "Include a message" from self-booking
There's no way for stylists to receive these messages without checking their emails or viewing the web app. If there's not a notification for this we'd rather have this feature removed so clients aren't assuming we've received the message

it would be nice to be able to track bookings
just like the cancellation list have a booking list so you can see who has been booked. easier to track for newer employees. :)

If clients self prebook and leave a set tip, the tip deletes if appt is moved to another staff
The tip should be viewable or logged so when checking them out it doesn't make the platform seem iffy to clients who are having to repeat their tip choice. Example, books with Jeff and tips $10. Appt has to be moved for some reason over to Paul. Then at checkout, client assumes everything is squared away, but we have to reinitiate whole checkout process as if Blvd didn't record any information during their self booking process. Would be nice if it showed that $10 tip to a different staff and then asked if we'd like to adjust it to the…

Staff in specific privilege groups need to address their questions to managers prior to Help Chat.

Messages submitted when purchasing a product should be sent to business
I'm in the middle of a big push of selling memberships online – I know clients are using the "add message" feature with checkout but I believe since there's no associated appointment, that I have no way to access these messages. I'm missing the first communication (and some testimonials) from new clients!

daily calender viewing
It would be very helpful if there was a way we could condense the viewing screen to be able to view the whole day without having to scroll up and down. It would make for faster booking and less mistakes because you could see the whole day all at once.

Green Circle integration per location
Each location should be able to enable Green Circle. We have 1 out of 8 locations using Green Circle and we need the flexibility to choose which locations want to implement it.

For the time being, many salons may have to commence services outdoors including POS
Would be great if some of the scaling on web-dashboard were corrected so views on tablets could work better for checkout and booking. Then there would be no reason to not bring a whole computer out to a potentially bad environment for computer and keyboard usage. Specifically there are issues when booking and checkout that move the buttons out of view and then scaling issues occur that prevent proper usage.

Option for a note on the gift card to designate it for a specific service
Clients often purchase a gift card to cover a specific service (massage) plus tax so it would be great to be able to leave a note that identifies the intention of the gift card so the front desk knows when that client is checking out.

Booking Widget - Available times shown - If 1 or the 2 services are available
Currently if a client is trying to book two services, and only one is available, the system will show that nothing is available.
This account is asking for times to still show for the one service that is available to help still capture revenue for that one service.
