  4. If it was native in the ratings response form if they select 5 stars for their provider, to be prompted to send a quick snap of their content-ness with their service. If these were appended to the ratings page then businesses would have a great new resource that could organically get positive feedback alongside potential assets to use for marketing purposes.

    Additionally perhaps the photos could go through a round of ML smile scoring to determine the quality of the feedback response and then if our terms and conditions allow for it, suggest to Blvd partners in the Marketing panel…

  5. Right now you can only pull the clientrecord id from the Client Records report. It'd be great if we could obtain that in more reports like 'Client Sales' to easily tie these records together.

  6. We have three locations in California and one in Indiana. We carry the same products in both states, but because of the different regions we have two separate distributors. Wholesale pricing is a little bit different for each one. We would like the option to open up the product description at the Indiana location and check a box for "This location has a custom wholesale price." Similar to the options for "custom price" and "custom tax rate." This would greatly help our CPA with the accuracy of our spending reports at the end of the year.

  7. When running a report using the offer code filter, I just want to be able to see a list of the offer codes that are relevant to the date range that's set. If it wasn't used in that time range, it shouldn't be an option.

  10. Right now clients don't see the offset fee if they are paying with card on file like they do with tap/swipe/dip - it'd be great if that could be surfaced to the client in some way so they can confirm the total.

  13. Filters under client tab should be an "and" instead of an "Or" so that when trying to send marketing emails you can send them to multiple selected appointment types instead of only one type

  14. I would like the ability to assign certain take home products to certain services. Similar to how the system shows rebooking options at checkout, I would like it to suggest to the staff take home products that are set. An example would be I set for the blonding service to suggest a purple shampoo. The client may not see this, but it pops up for the staff to see and then suggest. It would help them remember to discuss take home.

  15. New clients -> did they book another appointment -> which clients did v which clients didn’t.

    Run another report -> which clients had a consultation -> which clients booked an appointment after that specific consultation
