  1. Add grids with optional text to charts and forms

    In some of the charts we use, we need grids with titles and text boxes to add information. It could be an option under the Paragraph option in the Build tab

    It is confusing to have add ons appearing after a service's transition time. It would be nice to have them appear as the modifiers do or at least grouped with the service they are attached to.

  3. stop zero minute services from showing on the calendar.

    Zero minute services just started showing up on the calendar taking up 15 minute blocks. We set them at zero minutes so they do not show on the calendar. Please go back to the way it was for this.

    Forms not enabled for Location A are available for staff to select within the location’s appointment details page and this should not be the case

  5. Allow clients to prebook after checkout from iPad.

    When clients check out, after the welcome screen, having a "prebook your next appointment" button where they can do it directly from the iPad while they're in with us would be great. Added bonus-- a suggested timeframe/ note on the screen of when they should rebook for if they decide not to rebook right then.

  6. Honor membership billing terms

    Have the platform honor membership terms - if "this membership cancels in a year" - offer an END DATE & stop billing after that date is hit.

  7. Capability to email or text forms to clients

    It would be extremely helpful if we had the capability of emailing or texting incomplete forms to clients. I understand that they already get them in a text or email reminder but if we could have a resend button that way they can fill it out in our lobby on their own device that would be great. ALSO it would be extremely helpful if BLVD had the option of pulling up forms without it being attached to an appointment. We have clients who call over the phone to cancel their membership but don't have an upcoming appointment and they need…

  11. Multiple levels of requested service providers

    Would like the option to add a preferred, and secondary provider to each client profile, for the purpose of scheduling, or rescheduling. If this could show up as abbreviations such as PP (preferred provider) or SP (secondary provider) on the calendar, that would be extremely helpful.

  12. service menu navigation and pricing visibility

    it would be extremely useful and time saving to be able to navigate through the service menu on the management side using arrows to switch between individual services when they are opened for editing. it is extremely redundant to have to close the service only to open the very next make to make an edit and then exit out of that one and then open the next one to make an edit, etc.

  14. Collapse client notes in mobile version

    Client notes listed can get lengthy when added to every appointment. It would be helpful if the notes would collapse and just show the date, then allow us to click on the date to expand each note.

  16. Offer Code Limit x times per time frame

    Offer Code cap per clients is great! We would love the ability to limit 1 time per quarter for an offer as well. Instead of having to create a new offer code each quarter.

  18. Split-Shifts

    Right now the system only allows for a single shift per day per staff member
    ie: Jane Doe, Monday 9am-6pm

    We need the option to have multiple times or split-shifts instead
    ie: Jane Doe, Monday 9am-12pm and 1pm-6pm

    Using time blocks for lunches and meetings is not good because the "lunch" blocks visually look like staff meetings, etc and messy with the color overlays.

  20. Book provider while patient is with medical assistant

    If an appointment is booked at 11am, the first 15-minutes of the appointment is used for the patient to meet with the medical assistant for numbing and/or bloodwork, then they see the provider. So the business would like the provider to be able to take an appointment during 11am-11:15am.
