  2. Currently you can only put in a dollar amount for business charges on services...why not percentages so it automatically calculates the business charge? It would be much easier this way.

  3. It would be nice to be able to add an emoji right next to the client's name on their profile. We have guests that cannot do stairs and we would like to be able to see that as soon as we enter their name in the appointment booking screen (we know we can add it and see it in the schedule). This would be helpful so we know to check the availability of the main floor treatment room right away, instead of after we have it scheduled and see the notification on the actual calendar schedule.

  4. I find myself working with texting within Boulevard, sending Facebook messages, and emailing guests at the same time it would be very nice to integrate some or all of these platforms into Boulevard to keep customer communications consolidated and visible from one application (Boulevard)

  10. When editing the existing appointment to move to another service provider or the service time, the second service follows the first service. Can we update this so that the entire appointment does not move with the first appointment? For example, we have a manicure + pedicure scheduled. Each is a separate service, but grouped as a single appointment. Pedicure is scheduled at 1:00 pm, and manicure is scheduled at 1:30 pm. When I move the manicure from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm, the pedicure moves with it. Can this be disabled so that I must manually move BOTH of the…

  11. Some employees may want to not let people book them without a week notice, and some may want only an 8 hour notice. This should be adjustable per service provider. Right now, this rule is just tied to the location.

    We'd love to be able to send clients directly to the BLVD widget on our site for promotional purposes to sell gift cards, products and packages and need links to include within these promotional assets (email newsletter, site banner/pop-ups etc) as sending them to our site currently would leave them confused as the only active widget instructs them to "Book Now" which is not (necessarily) what they would've come here to do (nor is it the CTA that just got them to our site).   17. Due to the pandemic most salons are operating under reduced capacity to keep the occupancy low.

    Curbside checkin via automated text message (such as one that Rosy provides) would notify the front desk and ping the stylist, avoiding overcrowding in the waiting area or building.

  18. Make A button on the new product page to activate the Product so you don't have to go to Manage then search the product to activate it

    when you have to input a whole line it takes way longer then it should have to.

  19. Ability to filter client list by client's primary location (rather than completed service locations.) Would also take into account all closed orders rather than just service sales (i.e. client purchased multiple gift cards through a specific location).
