  1. Employees should be able to have an option to charge an invoice with the policy's no-show fee on it when they are cancelling an appointment for a client who did not show up or cancelling an appointment for a client who is passed our policy deadline for rescheduling appointments

  2. As of now we would have to pull 3 reports individually for each employee. One for Product Commission, one for Service Commissions and one for Tips.

    Can we please have access to a report that we could download and send to each employee individually with that weeks Consolidated details of Commissions for product and services plus tips?

  3. Boulevard should have a “first available” button so when you click on it, it would immediately show us the first available appointment. It would limit scrolling time looking through the schedule. It would also be cool if you could select a specific stylist as well to see their first available appointment.

  4. Please bring back the "guest of" tag or add an automatic "party" tag to guest of appointments. The new app update has eliminated the "guest of" marker and it's caused confusion for our service providers who rely on the app and not the browser.

  6. It is confusing to have add ons appearing after a service's transition time. It would be nice to have them appear as the modifiers do or at least grouped with the service they are attached to.

  7. Zero minute services just started showing up on the calendar taking up 15 minute blocks. We set them at zero minutes so they do not show on the calendar. Please go back to the way it was for this.

  10. When clients are paying with cash or gift card, I have to basically read off their whole cart, then tell them the tax and the total. It would be great if it just shows up on the iPad so it's not so super awkward!

  11. It would be extremely helpful if we had the capability of emailing or texting incomplete forms to clients. I understand that they already get them in a text or email reminder but if we could have a resend button that way they can fill it out in our lobby on their own device that would be great. ALSO it would be extremely helpful if BLVD had the option of pulling up forms without it being attached to an appointment. We have clients who call over the phone to cancel their membership but don't have an upcoming appointment and they need…

  15. Would like the option to add a preferred, and secondary provider to each client profile, for the purpose of scheduling, or rescheduling. If this could show up as abbreviations such as PP (preferred provider) or SP (secondary provider) on the calendar, that would be extremely helpful.

  16. it would be extremely useful and time saving to be able to navigate through the service menu on the management side using arrows to switch between individual services when they are opened for editing. it is extremely redundant to have to close the service only to open the very next make to make an edit and then exit out of that one and then open the next one to make an edit, etc.

    It would also be super handy to have the prices shown on the service list without having to open each individual service. And then also to be…

  18. Client notes listed can get lengthy when added to every appointment. It would be helpful if the notes would collapse and just show the date, then allow us to click on the date to expand each note.

  20. It would be great if we can have the notes section show the most recent one at the top. We use this section for formulas and it is confusing to see the old one at the top.
