  1. backwards button to go back just one move. Every time we check the past date's transactions or any appointments, when we hit the backwards button, it takes me back all the way to today though we want to keep looking on the same date transactions... very inconvenient and time consuming to find one transactions/appointment we are looking for.

  3. Have the ability to turn off message notification icon, and also to have the ability to convert the notifications into emails instead of notifications in the dashboard (staff is not always available to see them)

  6. we need a report that shows patient conversion. if they book a consultation, which services were booked post consultation. Also conversion between esthetic to medical and vice versa.

  7. There was a commission swap between two providers, when the commission was swapped to the second service provider, the Business Charge was not deducted from the total, causing the service provider to be overpaid.

  10. I'm all for paying for the marketing expenses, and love the idea of the marketing suite. However, I believe the billing system is unfair. It's set at $2 for each email SENT.

    At one point, two of my daughters and my sister received services. I only levied a $30 product fee on my sister, and I didn't charge my daughters. However, I was billed for marketing emails sent to them, even though they never opened or read the emails.

    I only know this because I was curious of the marketing metrics and had to reach out to Boulevard to obtain…

  12. When a client is booking their appointment online, they can add products in their appointments (this can help the client remember what they need and see new products, also help the front desk know that the client needs these products at their appointment... and we can place an order if we are low)

  13. Occassionally manufacturers will alter or update an items barcode for their own reasons. Businesses are placed in a strange situation where although the product is largely the same (size, color, volume, formula) but the packaging has been altered so that the barcode is different or the name of the product is slightly different.

    Remaining stock needs scannability with the old barcode, but new stock needs the new barcode. Having the ability to have both scans register as the same product would make the transition seamless for staff requiring only input of this into the product details if it were possible.

  15. Example- Kristin is a Massage Therapist, Esthetician and does Wax. In our company, Blue is for Massage, Purple is for Estie's and Yellow is for Wax. If there was either a small color dot or block displayed under the Staffs name in the Calendar- It would be much easier to Book an appointment (from a visual standpoint)!

    1. A method to move forms between clients. Several times per week we have a spouse fill a form out under their own name instead of the spouse filling it out under theirs (or parents and children). being able to move the form to the proper client would be wonderful!

    2. Method for storing a copy of a paper form with the forms in Boulevard. (some of our guests just don't get electronic things) Currently a pdf file can be stored in client notes, but it would be really nice to get it in the forms section.
