  1. You guys released an update today to prevent overlapping timecards, but now it has removed the other error messages like "clock-out time is before clock-in time" that the system used to have.

    Now whenever something is wrong when clocking in or out, we just get "Unknown Error" which is not helpful AT ALL.

    Please fix this.

  3. When looking at client history and seeing a cancelation, stylist are always quick to think they cancel all the time. Different colors for the different cancellations would be a quick visual to know why they cancelled.

  4. Situations where client owes $5.00 and under. It would be great if the system kept record, so the next time they checked out, that balance can be added to the current order.

  5. When we are doing consultations, we need the ability to add our own provider notes on the patient forms. Maybe out to the side? They don't always enter the correct details when they are filling these out in a rush, and we need to be able to add more information so that we always have good information about our patients and are treating them properly each time we see them.

  6. We are an hourly salon so services are billed based on how long they take. That requires us to have many options on the services to add time for thickness, beard work, hair designs, etc. Everything worked great... until I got a stylist whose hourly rate is different. I can customize her price for services, but when we need to add an option to that service, the price is wrong for her. And having to duplicate all the services, change the name for her and add in all the options separately is #1 a ridiculous time suck and #2 making…

  7. When searching for items if an item has a SKU and a UPC saved it only looks up the UPC field and not the SKU field. I feel this makes even having a SKU field pointless if items can't be searched based on data in this field.

  14. And allow businesses to require it for certain services or all.

    I imagine many businesses could benefit from this feature, while additionally we can assume this data only needs to be stored for a year or in any case and can be heavily compressed if need be.

  17. Clients are not able to book multiple appointments for other members of their party. When one client books for more than one person, we could send only one message with the whole booking that includes all the appointments instead of sending individual messages per client.

  19. Allow cut times to be altered from the client's profile rather than solely from an active appointment. That way if they don't have an active appointment, we can still make accommodations for future appointments.

  20. Instead of clicking on an appointment and then going into edit to adjust a request, it would be cool if there was a little heart icon on the top right corner of the appointment that one could easily click on or off to mark the appointment as a request or to undo a request. Perhaps an outlined heart icon would symbolize that that the appointment is not a request, and it would turn into a filled heart icon if it was clicked to mark it as a requested appointment.
