If a client books then cancels and rebooks within a timeframe, it should be noted as a reschedule
Rather than a cancellation for reporting purposes and statistics. Also would cut down on an unnecessary email of cancellation.
Unsure if this is part of the flow for the client, but if the process is cancel and then make a new appointment, perhaps the ability for clients to self reschedule as long as the appointment is beyond the confirmation windows of 2/3 days SMS/email.

Recurring events for reporting
It would be awesome to be able to save a report in Beta Reports, and then set it to run and email to a specific person at specific times. Use cases could be: staff performance numbers each week emailed to them individually, daily sales summary emailed to the owner daily, etc...

Collect payment during booking for $0 services
Our services have specific pricing that is determined after an in-person consultation so prices are listed as $0 online. We would still like to have the option of collecting credit card data online for late cancellations or no-shows.

This appointment should repeat should be available when editing an existing appointment
Currently able to make appointments repeat at the time of booking by clicking Edit details before confirming the appointment. Once the appointment is confirmed there's no option to make it repeat

Choose if Blocked time is included or excluded from productive hours
Need to be able to choose if the block is "exclude from available productive hours" or "include in percent booked". Necessary for a lunch break

Staff Performance Report: Utilization Percentage
Currently, the "Hours scheduled" are not set up to reflect the time clock so it would help to be able to see the time that the staff member actually worked vs. the number of hours scheduled.
So many of our artists call out or will ask to come in late or will leave early if they finish early, and this, summed up across all artists over the course of an entire week, can greatly impact our artist utilization to be far off.

Promo Codes used during booking trigger client tags
When a guest uses a promo code during booking or if that code is used during checkout, it will automatically trigger a client tag ie. Code VIP will trigger the VIP tag

Allow Members to freeze account
Before coming to boulevard, our old booking software would allow members to freeze their membership for up to 3 months and would automatically restart it in 3 months! Boulevard does not let members freeze, it only lets them cancel which we have a reactivation fee for so a lot of our clients are going to be frustrated they cannot freeze to catch up on vouchers

Add a "none" button to the resource view options
It is nice to have the "is available" option for the resources on the calendar. It would be super handy to have a "none" option to remove them with a single click rather than having to click each one individually.

Returning to the date or view shown previously when doing any other actions on Boulevard
Right now it nearly always goes back to "today" view which is extremely time consuming of a default if one is doing any amount of work or inspection on a different date and view.
For example, I am going through a day in 2018 to look at a stylists appt times and checkout times, I click on one appointment to look at the closeout time. Now to go to the "next appt" I will have to go back to calendar, go to date picker, doom scroll for the intended date, click that subsequent appt for inspection, look at the information,…

Include an indicator on appointments for clients who are seeing more than one service provider.
An indicator/tag so stylists know their client is seeing another service provider without clicking on every appointment.

Dropdown menu at checkout should have "select boulevard duo" as the default option.
Cards on file are getting "automatically" charged becuase it isn't obvious that there's a dropdown menu.

Show waitlist add-ons in waitlist
We cannot see any add-ons in the waitlist when a client adds themselves to it online. This makes it very tricky to reach out to a waitlist client when we have an hour of time to offer and see they want a service that would fit then to only find out they wanted a handful of add-ons as well and now we cannot accommodate them after all. Please find a way for us to see add-on requests for clients on the waitlist. Thank you.
