forms and charts moved from gear icon to manager access level
I would love for my Guest Care of Service Lead be able to manage forms for appointments but seeing how they are under the gear icon, I am the only one able to create and manage them. Please put them under the mangers tab instead.

Salons should have the option to set the date a membership is charged on instead of out just automatically being on the date the client sign
As a salon. Owner it would be beneficial if could set a date for membership to be billed on instead of it automatically being the date the client signs up. The point of membership is predictable cash flow

Notes on Chargebacks
The new chargeback format is awesome, but I would love to be able to make notes before I submit--if more than one person is working on it, or you're waiting for a client to call back, it would be really handy to be able to notate there

I suggest Boulevard incorporates a cloud based phone system like my JustCall so I can switch over to all-in usage in Boulevard.
I use JustCall for my cloud-based phone system right now, it's a Twilio number that allows 2-way texts and recorded phone calls for quality assurance and training purposes. Would Boulevard be able to incorporate that? I would love to switch to all-in usage of Boulevard and cut out the extra expenses of that other phone system. It costs a lot.

Employee Certification Section
We would love to add a tab in the Staff section after the Compensation tab that allows us to add in any certifications our stylists have obtained and when they expire. This could include their state board certifications and outside education certifications. Keeping this information in their profile in Boulevard would alleviate the need for a third program to track this information.

Our studio inboxes get clogged up with Boulevard cancellation/booking notifications from each client; there should be an option to unsubscribe from those

have a guide as to what causes errors when making large edits to an appointment
When editing an appointment to change a combinations of service, provider, or resource the edits often result in an error, and then having to start over.
You can usually only edit one or two details before having to save/close, reopen, and continue editing (minimum of 5 clicks to not send email and get back to editing). It would be nice to have a guide to what combinations of edits cause the errors, or to not have errors to start with.

Add a way to assign documents for review/signature
To comply with medical documentation requirements for review by a supervising provider, we need a way to assign documents to a specific user within our account. This is very standard in other medical aesthetic documentations systems.

Report that shows number of appointments booked on one given day
For example, at the end of the day running a report that shows how many future appointments were scheduled that day.

Cost of Service Reporting
Add the ability to report on cost of services within the commission reporting. Including when unit based pricing is involved so commission can be accurately reported based on net revenue, not gross, as this can vary wildly depending on the service provided and number of units used.

Once a staff profile is deleted it should also delete all upcoming appointments that any clients have with that stylist.
It is very inconvenient to have to go through every client's appointment with the stylist that no longer works here and delete the appointments. Boulevard should just delete every upcoming appointment that any client has with that stylist.

Visual Enhancements: navigating back arrow
"Select Service Time" Page: Many users have expressed difficulty in navigating back from the "Select Service Time" page to the previous page. I would greatly appreciate it if you could improve the visualization of the "back" arrow or even create a "back" CTA (Call to Action) that is easily recognizable for users, ensuring a smoother and more intuitive user experience.

Offer Reporting Shortcut/Insight
Within the offer codes setup page/listing there should be a shortcut for high level metrics around the offer code such as number of uses, revenue, etc. It's cumbersome to have to look into beta reports each time.
