Require a client to enter their address when online booking
Blvd collects most the info needed for guests to book online but i would be if we could toggle on or off what information is required. for example we can require. credit card but it would be nice if we could require all the information so we have the client profile already filled out before they arrive. this would save time at check in/out and has a lot less room for error or forgetting.

Manage Access Option and for ALL Summaries and Reports
Right now only Reports has the option to give certain individuals access to view if they do not have it. I would love to see this on summaries as well, so that certain reports can be viewed and printed by eligible staff members, while other summaries owners don't want employees to be seen can be hidden. I would love to print the Daily Summary so I can see the payment methods and make sure the receipts add up to the report, while still hiding the Commission Summary for example.

blocked client
We need to be able to block clients based on phone number alone. We've had creepers work around blocks on purpose by entering email address and name variations and it puts our staff at risk of harassment.

Gift card Deeplink Option
Currently you can select your businesses gift card link to add to your website. This is great but it brings the user to a separate page outside of the business website. If there's a way to create a deep link for the gift card section in the widget, similar to the deep links for the service categories or services themselves, that would be amazing!
The purpose of this would be to avoid having the client bounce out of the business website.

marking an individual online booking as read
when you click on an individual online booking, theres an option to make it as read. Sometimes there is not enough time to go through each booking so when theres 30+ bookings, its hard to organize which have been looked at/audited vs which are actually new and haven't been seen. Just a thought

Visible change to page / information bar when toggling between different locations
More visible change to page when toggling between different locations. It could be as simple as the information bar at the top changing colors or the logo changing . Something more eye catching to let Client services know what location they are making changes to

We really need to be able to adjust a side by side photos. Zoom in and out to make sure they are same distance.
I have never worked with a system that does not allow you to match up side by side photos and zoom in and out. Your function to do a side by side is truly not a function without this capability.

Select Date Range on "Schedule"
It would be very helpful and time-efficient to be able to select a date range on the "Schedule" view, instead of being only able to select one day at a time.

Make Modifiers Required Internally
Lumi Skin Bar uses a lot of modifiers for their services. They would like to see them be required, or at least more visible, when booking from the desktop. They are aware and like that they are required for online booking.

Voucher Balance Sheet per Client
I want to look at a client's voucher activity, which includes totals, on a given date. This is for the purposes of auditing a client's account to ensure correct application of vouchers. If there could be some sort of "Voucher History" with totals at the end of each date, that is greatly needed.

Ability to upload PDFs to use as Form rather than having to build one
We need the abililty to upload a pre-exisitng pdf form into the forms function that becomes fillable for clients to fill out and sign

Ability to decide if we want to show prices of services during online booking for medspas
It would be nice to have the option not to show the prices of our services when patients use the online booking feature.
It's something we've never done and it's not common practice for the other medspas in our area to advertise the cost of services during online booking or anywhere on their website.
We just want people to be able to book the service(s) online without showing the cost of the selected service(s).

more streamlined process for shareable membership perks
Memberships include one guest pass (treatment) per year to share with someone (non-member). The management process today is not intuitive as it requires its own "membership" and manually adding the secondary client to it. Ideally, it would be easier for the member to send out the guest pass for their friend to use at their convenience that then associates it to their profile for easy checkout.

Boulevard should have a “first available” button so when you click on it, it would immediately show us the first available appointment. It would limit scrolling time looking through the schedule. It would also be cool if you could select a specific stylist as well to see their first available appointment.

Bring back the guest of tag in the app
Please bring back the "guest of" tag or add an automatic "party" tag to guest of appointments. The new app update has eliminated the "guest of" marker and it's caused confusion for our service providers who rely on the app and not the browser.

Report for monthly/weekly sales projections
It would be great to have a projection of sales based on existing appointments to help for planning and budgeting. I switched from Vagaro and that feature was really nice to have.
