  1. The new chargeback format is awesome, but I would love to be able to make notes before I submit--if more than one person is working on it, or you're waiting for a client to call back, it would be really handy to be able to notate there

  2. I use JustCall for my cloud-based phone system right now, it's a Twilio number that allows 2-way texts and recorded phone calls for quality assurance and training purposes. Would Boulevard be able to incorporate that? I would love to switch to all-in usage of Boulevard and cut out the extra expenses of that other phone system. It costs a lot.

  3. We would love to add a tab in the Staff section after the Compensation tab that allows us to add in any certifications our stylists have obtained and when they expire. This could include their state board certifications and outside education certifications. Keeping this information in their profile in Boulevard would alleviate the need for a third program to track this information.

  6. When editing an appointment to change a combinations of service, provider, or resource the edits often result in an error, and then having to start over.

    You can usually only edit one or two details before having to save/close, reopen, and continue editing (minimum of 5 clicks to not send email and get back to editing). It would be nice to have a guide to what combinations of edits cause the errors, or to not have errors to start with.

  9. Add the ability to report on cost of services within the commission reporting. Including when unit based pricing is involved so commission can be accurately reported based on net revenue, not gross, as this can vary wildly depending on the service provided and number of units used.

  12. It is very inconvenient to have to go through every client's appointment with the stylist that no longer works here and delete the appointments. Boulevard should just delete every upcoming appointment that any client has with that stylist.

  13. "Select Service Time" Page: Many users have expressed difficulty in navigating back from the "Select Service Time" page to the previous page. I would greatly appreciate it if you could improve the visualization of the "back" arrow or even create a "back" CTA (Call to Action) that is easily recognizable for users, ensuring a smoother and more intuitive user experience.

  18. ... promotions. Let's say my business wanted to offer a special discount for booking a service. BUT the discount is only eligible on certain days of the week, with certain staff, and we want to create it so that we not only have the clients payment method, we charge a deposit of the no-show fee. This would be the only surefire way using conditional offers, service restrictions per staff, and booking deposits, to make sure all of these are accomplished AND we are not relying on staff to perform them manually when booking in person or over phone.

  19. At current, if there are long names or long service names for services below 30 min duration there is complete cut off or bleeding of text beyond appt tile.

    Ideas include:
    First name, last name reduced to initial, service name truncation (perhaps removal of vowels?)

    CSS to make those appts with too much text be animation where the entirety of the names and service name scroll left to right so that all text is shown every 10 seconds or so (or some time equation directly proportional to number of characters).
