  3. A lot of states are requiring vaccines to remove masks. We plan to confirm that and it would be nice to have a little check box in the client profile that we see knowing if the person is vaccinated.

  4. Hi Guys - I do not know if this is a bug or a feature suggestion. The email receipt really needs to have a clear note of the DATE of the service being charged, in addition to the date of checkout close. In some instances we hold over checkout for various reasons. Commonly its for Membership renewals to kick in so we wait a day or so, grab the new voucher and close. However, guests forget and send me notes that they are upset. If there is a date of service on the receipt, this might mitigate that

  5. When entering a number, the system should recognize the card type. Not everyone knows when to get a 4 digit CVC for Amex's for instance and if it was shown, they would for manual entry for deposits.

  6. Is there any chance of having another Menu level? Right now we only have one so I have to put all Lash Styles at Level 1 when really I'd prefer to have Lash Extensions/Lash Style. I have 10 styles of Lash Extension and in each there are 8 service offerings so it would be nice to have a Master Category then Style then Services

  9. to confirm an appointment the trigger should be something unique like "C". We have conversations with people and they use the word "Yes" often and get the auto text thanking them for confirming. Like - "do you want to cancel both appointments Michelle" ---"Yes" --- "Thank you you are confirmed"

  10. In the Manage Business/Billing section, I would like to be able to print the Invoice Summaries for ACH charges made by Blvd. that are linked to our bank account. We require a paper trail for charges in order to reconcile our books on a monthly basis and for tax auditing purposes. Thank you.

  11. Blvd say it runs $1 through on credit cards to validate but if they are not valid we do not get notice. We have had several clients no show and go to charge them a cancellation fee and there card is invalid or no funds.

  19. (or new widgets for online sales of gift cards, packages, products etc)

    We'd love to be able to send clients directly to the BLVD widget on our site for promotional purposes to sell gift cards, products and packages and need links to include within these promotional assets (email newsletter, site banner/pop-ups etc) as sending them to our site currently would leave them confused as the only active widget instructs them to "Book Now" which is not (necessarily) what they would've come here to do (nor is it the CTA that just got them to our site).
