  3. Would be great if some of the scaling on web-dashboard were corrected so views on tablets could work better for checkout and booking. Then there would be no reason to not bring a whole computer out to a potentially bad environment for computer and keyboard usage. Specifically there are issues when booking and checkout that move the buttons out of view and then scaling issues occur that prevent proper usage.

  5. UNABLE TO ADD TONER FORMULAS AFTER FORMULA IS INITIALLY ADDED. AFTER PUTTING IN FORMULA IN NOTES, YOU HAVE TO DELETE AND ADD YOUR FORMULA IN AGAIN TO INCLUDE YOUR TONER FORMULA.

  6. For a lash studio, new clients need a full consultation and we don't want them to be able to book other services until after that appointment. Need to be able to have a separate booking link for return clients where they can see full services that would be hidden to new clients/anyone that hasn't been to the location before

  7. A report that can show the dollars made per hour. They are looking for it to show the busiest/most lucrative time of day without having to view from the calendar view. Or a report that would separated per service provider to see if on average, their mornings vs evenings are busier.

  9. Add filters for Term #. Use case is for reporting surrounding newly active members in a given timeframe. Ultimately, looking to report on the idea of newly sold memberships v. existing memberships.

    Ideally, ultimately expand to a Product Sales report to identify members billed for Term 1 as well as recurring billed members.

  10. Clients often purchase a gift card to cover a specific service (massage) plus tax so it would be great to be able to leave a note that identifies the intention of the gift card so the front desk knows when that client is checking out.

  11. Currently if a client is trying to book two services, and only one is available, the system will show that nothing is available.

    This account is asking for times to still show for the one service that is available to help still capture revenue for that one service.

  16. It would be nice to change notes for the "other" payment method on closed orders. Sometimes the verbiage isn't the same with all of my staff, so it makes reports harder to consolidate, it would be nice to be able to change that note to standardize things after orders are closed.

  20. Any instance when a client books with a guest, that guest typically won't provide a phone or email. With such, come time for check-in (when I need them to sign a waiver), I need to make up a phone number or email for this individual and check them in myself in order to have the form ready for them to sign when they arrive.
