Waitlist Report - Client Added or Staff Added
We'd like to know if a client added themselves to the waitlist or if a staff member added them to the waitlist - this will help us determine if a staff member has checked in with them about the request, if they have alternative dates, etc.

Notify clients when booking as "guest of-"

ADDING ON DAY 29 TO FEB!!!
Hi ! Can we request to add on 29 days to the DOBS for February? We have a couple clients whos DOB is Feb 29th and it only allows us to the 28th !

Bold the numbers on the Monthly Calendar when there is availability.
When booking an appt, online, the view shows for a week. When you click the calendar and it shows you the month, the day that has availability should be BOLD. This would allow for quicker booking.

Remaining Vouchers on Account
Hello,
It would be extremely helpful to both us and our clients that self book if they had the ability to check the account associated with their email to see what vouchers they had left to redeem and click through to book those items.
On the Dashboard side through the Clients tab, it would be nice to be able to pull up a client and easily see what vouchers they have remaining as well.

Choose appointment time in Appointment window pop up
Right now when im booking a new appointment, the time I want to book should be an option on that first window. Instead I have to 'confirm time' then edit. Alot of extra steps that should just be in the first window

Add credit card in checkout and it automatically register to the checkout window
When I'm checking a client out, I tap on there name to add the credit card to profile, once done i then have to exit out of the checkout window and start fresh for the card on file to appear. I'd like to be able to put the card on file and go back into the existing transaction and the new card on file automatically appear

Tap on time to book not just the + sign
I'd like to be able to tap on the time in the column to book a new service and it automatically register as that time to book when the appointment window pops up

Ring up a service without booking an appointment
Switching over from meevo here....
In meevo, I can go directly to the register and ring up a service for a client w/o creating a new appointment.
I had to refund a client because we rang her up for the wrong service. But I had to create a new appointment for her to be able to charge her. It's an inconvenient extra step. Would have been easier if in 'New Sale' the option to charge for a service was available.
Same for ringing up a walk in client for product. Meevo has 'Anonymous Male, Anonymous Female option in the register…

Add gift cards as a payment method at checkout.
we have a-lot of clients that receive or purchase gift cards with us and would like to use their gift card to hold the appointment/as payment.

See waitlist note by hovering cursor
When there is a note on a client's waitlist entry, it would be ideal to be able to read it by hovering the cursor over the note icon, rather than clicking on it.

Adding total time clocked in to time sheet
In the timeclock section of the dashboard, I think adding a total time clocked in each day would be helpful so we don't have to calculate the time in our head with Time-in and Time-out.

Time Keeping Report - simplified
When running payroll, ideally there'd be a simplified report with all timeclocks on one sheet - currently when you export to excel, each provider gets their own sheet... Is there a simplified report I'm missing?

Add Clocked Time to Sales Reports
When running payroll, it would be great to only have to run 1 report. I personally love how neat and clean the Net Revenue by Staff report is. If it could include tips and clocked time, that would be ideal.
Or
If the staff performance or sales breakdown report could include a column for CLOCKED time, that would be awesome, too.
