This is so important! My senior estheticians get requests to fill their schedule... they don't want as many new clients. My new estheticians want new clients coming to the business. I need to be able to list my new estis first, not highest price. Also, when the client selects 'first available' its automatically going to my sr esthetician... I want it to go to my new estheticians. Please make this able to be customized soon!!!

We used to have a way to "rank" online bookings on our old system which was very useful would like to have this as an option.

I would love to customize the booking order for higher priority stylists .

Choose the order in which staff are booked for each service on online book - for example, our barber should be the first option for mens cuts while our balayage specialist should be first choice for balayage, etc.

Online Booking Order for Service Provider - It would be advantageous to be able to choose a booking order or prioritize service providers. Currently it lists the providers in order from highest price to lowest price. Typically those with the lower prices are building their clientele and those with the highest prices already have the highest clientele demand. It would be nice if we had options as to what order we'd like the service providers to be displayed or have the ability prioritize different providers when new customers use the on-line booking platform.

I like the idea of customization. Maybe providers could be assigned numbers for priority similar to how services are numbered for order of scheduling. That way I could have some staff at the same priority level if I don't want everyone ranked individually.

When clients book online, it would be helpful to have the "First Available" work based on seniority. Or, at least have the option to customize it from the business end to help ensure practitioners are getting booked correctly.

Would love an option to have service provider priority booking to either highlight someone to fill their books over others, rather than alphabetical.

Ability to be able to set it so that certain staff get booked/prioritized before other staff is booked.

It would be helpful if you could set the order of booking preference. So provider X would be automatically the 1st available
