We want to upgrade a single appointment. From a facial to a Hydrafacial and have them pay the difference and still redeem their voucher for the regular facial!! We do upgrades everyday, its clunky!

This is really important for us. I want my team to have access to the new referral links, tags, etc but NOT the customer contact information like phone numbers and emails. We had a provider who stole customer information.

I don't want this - I like to be able to intrevene with a bad review before it goes out. I just respond to the good reviews and send them the google link!
If you do this boulevard, please leave the option NOT to go straight to google!
I do hope the fix is for $0 services, vouchers, prepaid account credits that cover the full total and gift cards!! Sometimes our service providers checkout the customer and we will not ask for a tip!
