  3. When selling multiple "single float gift cards" and adding a gift card code, every float gift card is added to the top of the order rather than at the bottom. This makes it difficult and somewhat confusing and more time consuming for the operator. We have to scroll up every time to check the box and add another code. It would make more sense for additional items be added at the bottom of the product area, since that is where we are adding each product.

  5. Imagine checking and fixing time clock errors and you have to flip back and forth from the clock and the report but the employees are alphabetized by first name in the clock and by last name on the report.

  6. Every time someone books a guest appt, it creates a new profile and doesn't link to our current clients. This causes duplicate profile, new intakes, and more problems. If the guest is a current client, they should be able to enter the email and link the accounts for the guest as well. This will also help with completing proper forms.

  9. Under staff profile - services. Service categories organized together. Ex hair services together, massage services together, nail services together, waxing services together. Also, while changing staff services and pricing, after I'm done changing one service, it starts at the top of the service list, it would be great to start where I left off, so I'm not constantly scrolls through what I already looked over.

  11. when searching for gift cards under sales, there is a link to the original purchaser, but no link to the original order. We need to be able to find the original purchase price of a gift card. A link to the original order or at least a column stating the original purchase price would be very helpful

  13. We are a rental salon that does not interfere with any service money for the stylists-- the only money processed through our salon accounts is for retail products. We would like the ability to have payments for gift cards (meant to be used for services) to go directly to the stylist account which the services will be redeemed with. That way the salon does not have to keep track of payments and pay out the stylists individually.

  16. Would like to be able to add transition time to every 2 appointments.

    "We have to optimize his schedule pretty intensely now with these added blocks throughout his day.

    We can't edit the shift to be every 30 minutes cause if we had a 15 minute block at the end of each second cut, it removes an appointment on a :15 or :45."

  18. This business is asking for an option to select multiple services on the drop down menu when booking from the Calendar View. Currently, you have to go back into the drop down if you are looking to add a 2nd and 3rd service. They are asking for a checkbox that you can go down the row and check whatever services they are looking to book all at once.

  19. As we're concerned there could be another closure due to COVID, we would like for there be a book tab "Salon closed due to COVID 19, WAITING LIST" for putting someone on the waiting list. So if the salon is closed and no one is at the salon to take calls and book appointments they can be referred to go online and book to be put on the waiting list. This allows us to call them when we get a date to re-open. I think all salons would really benefit from this.

  20. Our gift cards are loaded with the value of $89 for a 60-min float service. When they are redeemed for a service that is discounted, we need a way to zero out the balance.
