Loyalty Points - Redemption Options
This account is asking for the ability to pick the amount of points being redeemed at the time of checkout as opposed to it redeeming all points available Example, from client: "Our struggle is we have some clients that are frequently in the salon but don't have any loyalty to a specific provider. They could end up with a free service due to a lot of accumulated points and the "lucky" provider they had that day takes the hit."
Offered a work around for the time being.

Merges Need Fixed
Merging clients doesn't properly carry over information about previous floats, and potentially risks losing previous purchases (i.e. gift cards, float packages, etc.)
I've run into this a few times, and it has created more issues than it has solved to merge clients.

Alert to reach out to customer if they need to schedule an appointment for a service
if the customer did not prebook at time of the appointment create an alert to reach out at x amount of time to have the client schedule the customer

Automatically award an additional amount when a gift card balance is purchased with a specific amount
Example: $20 off of a $120 gift card). Boulevard's system - when a gift card is purchased online it is allowing that $20 off to be used on any amount. Ideally, we want to be able to target a specific amount.

Gift Card Code attribute included in the Detailed Line Item report to help link redemption back to original purchase.

Contact business option in booking widget
We be nice to gave a basic contact form as an option in the booking widget under "Gift Cards"
i.e. Questions? Contact us or something like that under the gift cards. The form would include their basic info, any questions they have etc and it would populate and email to the supplied email address

Mark staff as sick
In the time clock it would be nice to have the ability to mark staff as sick for a particular day as a way to track it for sick leave hours

Option to disable confirmation emails from being sent to client to be able to send our own until we can customize the email with Boulevard

Option to have loyalty to be based on tenure
Rather than dollar based loyalty, would like to have the option to see when the client joined or had their first appt with us so that we can give them an "Anniversary" point redemption

Gender field for clients
Ability to add/adjust gender on a client profile for marketing purposes (ability to filter under the Clients tab)
Glosslab runs campaigns specific to the client's gender and would be useful to have to target the correct clients.

Option to turn off discounts now that offers are available.
I am seeing staff make their own discount reasons that match the offers available. As much as I train managers to teach staff this is the wrong way to do it, the workflow is too easy and they are never feeling like they are doing anything wrong when applying a discount. Also for reporting purposes having discounts match offers creates datasets that cannot be reconciled together unless manually tabulated outside of Boulevard.

Apply the offer to only one service and not each individual service.
Right now, offers are added to every single service in one appointment.

Have a nickname that is used for clients to see
We have some stylist with the same name so we have nick names that clients know us by sometimes. What i dont like is the stylist first and last name is being posted on the online booking feature, which really shouldnt be allowed. We need to have though a first and last name in order for the payroll service to process payroll.

Donation Link
We have a great community that's been a huge support to us and some have offered donations to help us make it through these hard times.
We'd like to set up a Donate button/action that we could add to the front page of our website, email blasts, social media profiles etc.. similar to how we have added the booking widget
