  4. A LOT OF MY STYLIST LIKE TO PRINT OUT THERE SCHEDULE FOR THE DAY AND WHEN PRINTED THE TEXT/FONT DOESN'T SHOW UP ON THE PAPER VERY WELL BECAUSE THE FONT COLOR IS WHITE.

  5. This is CRUCIAL for large operations that have multiple clients with the same first and last names.

    Scenario:

    John Smith_1 at Location 1, 18 visits

    John Smith_2 at Location 2, 25 visits, location 1 4 visits

    John Smith_3 at Location 2, 30 visits

    At current, all of these clients would be John Smith, which could cause A LOT of problems in booking phone appointments. If the clients are self booking it shouldn't be an issue.

    I think what should be done is that clients that have identical names have auto label as follows in this scenario:

  7. As a commission salon, having staff have the ability to book clients without blocking themselves . This becomes a problem with potential to steal company time by deleting a block top show that they are "in salon" when they are actually not. Also, salon poilcy runs that staff needs management approval before leaving early or coming in late.

  8. When we create a promo code, we want the option to auto-apply this code when this client books online with us. For example, if we create a 20% off promo code for a specified service or with a specified service provider to run a promotion for new staff or new service, this code would be auto-applied when that client uses it in the booking widget. Only the staff + services we select will display on the booking widget.

  9. When someones booked for a service sometimes we need to add more to that appointment, so if there was a tab that popped up it would be so much easier rather than trying to click that sliver of space.

  10. Would love to have a report/folder of all stylist information including late cancelations, adjustment services, complaints, poor yelp reviews and ability to upload documents to a stylist account so all information is on one system!

For appointments that are shorter in duration if most appointments are 1h+ I would love if there was a way for online booking offering less amounts of times for the shorter appointments and coupling them with existing appointments. For example if a stylist has a haircut appointment at 12:30, only offering for that day 12:15 or, 1:30 so the appointments are stacked instead of separated out.

  13. Our clients come every 4, 5 or 6 months. We would like to be able to customize the rebooking tabs at checkout to fit our business.

  14. Clients have been requesting the following feature where you can select a service provider and their availability at each location FIRST vs. selecting a location and date first then finding the service provider's availability.

    Would like the option for interchangeability. We have clients who have favorite artists and want to book accordingly and we have clients who want first available, so we want for both options and formats for booking.

  18. It would be fantastic if there were a way to run a report for specific client/appointment tags. Example: We have a client tag that states "Stylist was late to client" I would like to run a report to see which stylists of mine are repeat offenders. Or we have a "no charge" client tag- again it would be amazing to run a report to see which clients are not being charged/ how often this takes place.

  20. When exporting information in a PDF the type is so small it almost requires a magnifying glass to read. Need to be able to make this readable please!
