  1. Ability to not have ratings sent on clients that are charged no show/cancellation fees. Currently, a rating will send and the client will usually leave a bad review because they are being charged for a service they did not receive.

    Workarounds:

    1. Making a Product called Cancellation Fee (will mess up their reporting)
    2. Not sending a receipt at the time of charge (higher possible chargebacks from client)
    3. Turning off the ratings feature before charging a no show fee then turning it back on once processed and emailed. (a lot of extra work where admin is needed. FD will not have access…

  2. We use Staff Roles to distinguish and filter in our reports; specifically Booth renters vs. employees. Would like the option to remove this from the booking widget so we can name them booth renters and it's not visible to clients online

  4. Have the waiting list not show options for hours that the business is closed.

    Every week we go through to message clients that have added themselves to the waiting list for hours that we aren't open. It would be nice if that wasn't even an option.

  5. We have had several guests who are confused about what adding themselves to the waiting list means. (thinking it is actually an appointment, etc...)

    It would be helpful if we had somewhere in the online booking settings to have a custom message about the wait list, and what adding yourself to it means.

  6. because i spend to much time going back and forth in reports for both my hourly and commissioned stylists when doing payroll. a beta report would be a huge time saver for me

  7. When Active column is disabled, we aren't able to see the start and end time for appointments. It would be really helpful if we didn't need the active column to see this information in Front Desk view

  8. Andrea Martinez's purchase history isn't sorted by month/year and dates are jumbled so it's difficult to track and audit. Also noticed this with James Jeffrey. Both clients are members at the Gilbert location.

  13. In creating a product, the choices within the "Package" option are months and years. It would be great to have a "weeks" option here if possible unless you have a workaround.

  14. When a push notification comes up on my phone and I click on it, it opens the Boulevard app, but doesn't bring me to the appointment that was just booked and now the push is gone so I can't see what date the new appointment is for. Would be great to be brought to the actual appointment

  15. We need a manager view available in the mobile app so that we may quickly adjust schedules in the app, which is something we could do in booker mobile. For example, if a barber calls in sick and we are not near a computer, we need to update the schedule. We would like to make back-office functions more accessible on mobile. It is not easy to navigate the desktop UI on a mobile device.

  18. Currently, staff only receive a notification if the client self-cancels, but it would be more helpful for them to get a notification for any/all cancellations so the front desk doesn't have to remember to track them down and let them know.

  19. Only if a client knows to call this foreign number does this feature work. Our main line has been in use for 25 years+. This number doesn't forward to our main line so it seems not that usable of a feature. Also, that would mean changing our phone number on our Google Business Page, Yelp Page, Facebook and Instagram Page, All of our marketing collateral and our website to make this work. It's a great feature and I'm sure your engineers spent a lot of time on this feature, but the execution and implementation for a salon to actually use…

  20. With millenium, if a client calls in and requests a Nail appointment, the front desk can type control + N and it will show only Nail technicians on the calendar for easier visibility and booking
