This is CRUCIAL for large operations that have multiple clients with the same first and last names.

Scenario:

John Smith_1 at Location 1, 18 visits

John Smith_2 at Location 2, 25 visits, location 1 4 visits

John Smith_3 at Location 2, 30 visits

At current, all of these clients would be John Smith, which could cause A LOT of problems in booking phone appointments. If the clients are self booking it shouldn't be an issue.

I think what should be done is that clients that have identical names have auto label as follows in this scenario:
John Smith1 would be named (internally) as John Smith (Location 1)
John Smith2 would be named (internally) as John Smith (Location COMBO 1+2)
John Smith_3 would be named (internally) as John Smith (Location 2)

This is a band aid, this still wouldn't solve the idea that we are potentially booking the wrong clients sometimes unless phone numbers and emails are being checked during booking. The key is there should be an indicator to staff that there may be a chance that checking credentials is important for particular names that span multiple clients.
