  3. If a service provider creates an appointment for a client on their phone and that client has an existing appointment that day, the mobile app won't link the two like the dashboard does.

  4. There should be a full report of what was in the register from start of day to end of day - image attached from old system. If the register was short it stays short and we know when that happened in one report without having to search. Shows all of the day's transactions in one place/report.

  7. We are very product heavy and have many suppliers. Right now, all suppliers are randomly listed when building a purchase order. Would be great to have a faster ability to search for suppliers. At minimum, have them listed alphabetically

  11. In the Detailed Staff Summary under Staff Performance, it shows the entire order. So if the order # had multiple service providers, it shows all of the breakdown.
    We need a report or a way that will show only the service performed by the specified service provider

  13. ...when I toggle to a specific date and then click the New Appointment on the top right.

    See video for explanation and steps to recreate issue.

    At the moment, when a client calls in for an appointment on a specific date, I will go to the calendar, choose the date (11/9 for this example), and when I click on the "New Appointment" button at the top right, it reverts the calendar for today's date and makes me choose the date again if not for the present day.

  15. Being able to see when the students clock in and out from break, lunch, coming and going will make it easier for the Front Desk Receptionist to schedule clients. At the moment we have to manually check in who is here and who is not here daily, and have to keep an eye out on who is coming and leaving the establishment. Timecards connected to the students profile will minimize the booking time for clients.

  20. It would be incredibly helpful for booking and training if there was an option for management to make notes about each employee and their services that would pop up when you click on the employee photo on the calendar.
