  1. Instead of the service providers being listed alphabetically, it would be much easier to check openings for specific services within a department if they were listed by department versus in ABC order.

  2. We really need to be able to toggle taxes on or off for services and/or products. Diplomats, non-profit organizations and others are tax exempt. We have several thousand dollars in sales each year that are non-taxable, and Boulevard has NO solution for this, so we lose money every time: we need this yesterday! We, of course, also need reports to show the non-taxable sales for reporting in accounting and payment of sales taxes to the state authorities.

  10. Allow clients to add or adjust a tip amount after the service is completed. Most clients do not choose an option for tip when booking because they think they can adjust once they have been checked out. 80% of my clients do not realize once they click "cash tip" during booking there is no option to change it.

  12. ability to deactivate bulk amount of vouchers at one time. if client cancels membership we need option to suspend vouchers

  13. We have had several instances of accidents involving transactions being accidentally charged to cash or other instead of gift cards or credit cards. Sometimes it is more than 24 hours before we find the error, and then it is hard to correct the mistake (recreating appointments, etc..) It would be handy to have the void option for longer on the transactions that don't need the processing that credit cards do.

  20. It would be ideal to have the ability to add a service to the ticket without placing it on the calendar. There are times that a stylist doesn't have time to update the ticket until the end of the service or they might have tweaked services but they can't tell you until they are checking out.
