Including; business charge for cancellation fee, set time limit for when appt can no longer be cancelled without fee, for clients that have been charged cancellation fee before auto increase their cancellation fee with notice for future appts, option to divert controlled portion of cancellation fee to account credit.

  6. There should be an option to include a secondary phone number in contact information. Sometimes clients want to provide both a work and cell number, or do not remember which phone number they have provided in the past.

  8. We need a button to jump one week ahead near the TODAY button. Some patients are only available on a certain day of the week so it would be nice if we can go forward from monday to monday or friday to friday.

  9. We have several products with similar SKUs (for example: CANDLE8 and CANDLE14). When scanning these SKUs for checkout, the CANDLE8 won't auto populate the product, it makes me choose between the 8 and the 14. If the SKU exactly matches a SKU in the system it should default to that product rather than forcing a manual manual choice between the products.

  10. It would be nice to be able to leave notes on your day of schedule, in different colors:

    Ex. Block off "2:00pm-3:00pm for lunch" automatically turns grey

    It would be nice to have a separate "block" for more of a note - Block "3:00pm-4:00pm for ONLY a consultation" have it turn blue so it's read and not overlooked.

  16. Really would love to have a better way to deal with custom commissions for addons. Our scenario is that the main service no commissions are made. But for addons commissions are made.

  18. Notes stored in clients' profiles separate from "client notes" that allow you to track any important communications and recent requests or complaints. You can also leave comments on contact logs, which allows you to track the progress of a request or complaint or note how any issues were resolved. Overall used to improve communication among teams.
