  3. We are seeing an increasing level of FRAUD on new guest profiles. We really need to be able to take the photo of the guest and capture other ID elements like the driving license.

  4. We have had multiple customers leave after their appointment because they thought they had already paid and checked out online. We want to remove the 'gratuity' option completely from online booking so that there is less confusion - we manually check out all clients.

    Provide more details like "1h 30m" or "11:00am-12:30pm" for example

  10. Because - one service charges a different rate per stylist or colorist... For example a womens haircut... we have 5 different rates depending on who is doing it. It would be confusing to the customer to put women's haircuts 5 times with a stylists name behind it. Most of our services are a different rate for per staff member as well all of our services. It would be so easy just to put out 10% service charge in and that is what it would be for all services and who ever does them.

  12. When adding a blowout through the normal way of booking it honors the price, but when going through add-on and adding the blowout that way it just has the base price, if there is a way to add on the that service but honor the stylist custom pricing!

  13. It would be nice to have a symbol, like the star for new clients, to indicate that they have prebooked. So when we look at the appointment, theres a way to see that they are a prebook.

Such as; this service can only occur within 3 weeks of other service, service can only be booked once a month, service can only be booked before certain time, service can only be booked alone, service can only be booked with another service, service can only be booked as a series. Forcing clients and staff alike to observe these restriction/conditions would be very useful for more complicated service procedures but keep businesses running much smoother

  18. Some reports have too much data or allow staff to peer into each other's productivity too much, causing strain on relationships or creating situations businesses would rather avoid.

    For example, we already can limit commission reports from privilege classes; being able to limit other things such as time clock would be great so staff can stop comparing themselves to each other with the RAW data rather than curated data that management chooses as pertinent KPIs.
