  1. Staff are not due diligent enough to check for the add on service on the main appt and could cause unhappy clients. Making it more visible will allow staff to not have to make extra clicks into the appt to find more information about it.

  3. We can see transactions on the payments processing page, but it doesn't show when payments were returned/not processed which resulted in a large lump deposit and there was no record in the dashboard

  4. When Selecting the Service and going to "Add On" within that service you should be able to select from other services and providers that offer additional service as a add on with out have to re create the service. It should also be report able in reports. This should allow clients booking to select add on services from different providers and prices. Would be super helpful for up selling services with in the salon. Please fix.

  5. As a salon owner, im constantly loging into my admin account to check the status of the salons, i wish there was a way to have boulevard run on a mobile friendly version, rather than desktop. things are way to small to see and hard to navigate through.

  6. alot of clients are saying that they are not able to back out of there order online status, that they need to erase history in order to start over, there should be more of a "x" icon on the right and then says "are you sure you want to cancel your order"

  7. When a stylist logins to there account at the web app feature, the stylist should only be able to run there reports for them specifically not for the whole salon and other stylist.

    Possibly have reports that show the following:

    number of appointments this week

    Mini production ( hair sales, retail sales, number of appointments this week)

    Production report (total sales, by hours etc)

    Ratings: so stylist can see there ratings linked to them and only them.

  8. I find it hard to understand closing out. It should be once the register is closed out that is your bank deposit. Not close out the draw, and then do a payout for a deposit. Possibly a setting that says "on or off run with exsisting draw"

  10. Would love a detailed report for inventory. One that shows you "hot & cold" inventory or inactive inventory.

    Examples:

    1. listing products from most purchased to least purchased.
    2. A report that shows inactive inventory. No sales and no inventory adjustments made during a specific time period.

    Currently the only way to do this is by clicking each individual product in inventory to show "last purchased on, last inventory update on etc." Different reporting options for inventory would be so helpful in keeping inventory in line with current demand regarding the set max and mins.

  12. Because of how our services are set up, it considers our rooms (pod rooms) staff members. Because of this, when we go to view who checked out a customer, all we see is what room they were in. When we check people out we normally change the name at the top right of the checkout window, why isn't it showing that detail on the order details? Where does that information go? It lets us select our name for who is checking the person out, but it does not show that information anywhere on the order when looking back.

  17. The Discounts and Offers BETA report is important to give us the data we need to report on total revenue a discount/offer code brings to the business and when it was used. The Detailed Line Item report gets us most of the way there but the offers are listed as "Offer-based Discount" and not the offer code/name instead.

    The Discounts and Offers report does not allow us to drill down or easily see what order/client/staff it is tied to.

  20. The loyalty program can also include client referrals. So when you refer someone, you automatically get points once it is added to your account, instead of manually keeping track. Heavy on client referrals.
