  1. In the Manage Business/Billing section, I would like to be able to print the Invoice Summaries for ACH charges made by Blvd. that are linked to our bank account. We require a paper trail for charges in order to reconcile our books on a monthly basis and for tax auditing purposes. Thank you.

  2. Blvd say it runs $1 through on credit cards to validate but if they are not valid we do not get notice. We have had several clients no show and go to charge them a cancellation fee and there card is invalid or no funds.

    We'd love to be able to send clients directly to the BLVD widget on our site for promotional purposes to sell gift cards, products and packages and need links to include within these promotional assets (email newsletter, site banner/pop-ups etc) as sending them to our site currently would leave them confused as the only active widget instructs them to "Book Now" which is not (necessarily) what they would've come here to do (nor is it the CTA that just got them to our site).     We have an issue that for some reason every 2 weeks at least 1 client comes in PER location who says they booked an appointment but we have no record of it. Our current procedure is to ask them to show us the appointment confirmation email then if they don't have that, let them know that they must not have booked the appointment all the way.   17. It would be helpful to have tasks that can be assigned to a certain person or a certain date through boulevard. An example would be a client's membership is set to unfreeze on 5/31, so you set a reminder for 5/30 for the front desk to call the client and remind them that their freeze will be lifting
