Gift Card pops Up when client checks out
So often Clients do not remember if they have gift cards and if a gift card came up on their appointment or check out page, we could ask the client if they would like to use whatever they have left.

TIME TRACKING
As of now, we have to use a separate software to track employee time off request, time off, sick time, vacation, PTO etc. An integration of time tracking would be super advantageous for salons.

When DUO is disconnected, show a red banner at the top of dashboard
"Duo is currently not connected, please try to reconnect or click here to troubleshoot". This would give staff a heads up to get this reestablished prior to a sale rather than during.

Beta Reports: Instead of trying to decrease the automatic refreshing of these reports...
...I think it would be more useful to have them at longer intervals like 6 hours each or even twice a day and provide the option to select the report to be prioritized as the next to get refreshed. I imagine that most businesses do not use the BETA reports feature on a basis of needing information from the current day. In this case, decreasing interval of refreshing would have little impact to businesses, but to provide an option to skip all the scheduled refreshes to the queue of locations needing a refresh on a particular report (or all) would…

Custom Appointment Reminders per Stylist
We would like the ability to be able to customize our reminders based on each stylist's preferences. Some stylists are okay with the options Boulevard currently offers, but others would like to be able to send out notifications a week or more in advance. Having the ability to customize based on the individual stylist's preferences would be awesome!

Let service providers see their personal history with client
You're currently unable to see your history with a client, it only shows the most recent history for the client themselves. This isn't helpful if it has been a long time since a service provider has seen a client, because the initial interactions will be potentially off-putting (i.e. "Nice to meet you" versus "Nice to see you again!").

Clock in and out via reception app
Having this option would allow for more client/ business details to not be easily available to employees who don't have that privilege.

Have a marketing email asking clients for reviews
I know if they click the 4/5 review on the receipt they are then prompted to leave a google/ yelp review but NO client has done this thus far. It would be really nice to be able to set up an automatic email OR text that asks clients to leave us one on google, with a link attached. The reviews through BLVD are nice, but do not help my online presence as a business.
