  1. Our practice has (4) of the latest iPad Pros and (3) duos. They are constantly disconnecting/unpairing from the duo and/or unliking from the BLVD software. This is extremely frustrating. These iPads are dedicated to BLVD use and I've tried everything to keep them from doing this. I'm actually quite surprised there aren't more complaints. Please fix this! Before BLVD we had Square and their POS systems is leaps and bounds above BLVD. I can count on one hand how many times the system disconnected.   2. Sometimes tags are not relevant to one or the other but staff will choose them since they seem appropriate, which then may cause unintentional downstream activity.

    Example tags that staff put on appointments that should only be allowed as client tags: allergies, language barrier, always late, has previously no showed, extremely picky, big tipper, has disability, friends or family, etc.

  3. Ability to NOT SHOW who a client is booked with. We move clients multiple times thought the day and cannot guarantee which technician will see them. Please add an option to disable the name of the provider from confirmation emails/texts.

  4. I would love for my Guest Care of Service Lead be able to manage forms for appointments but seeing how they are under the gear icon, I am the only one able to create and manage them. Please put them under the mangers tab instead.

  10. As a salon. Owner it would be beneficial if could set a date for membership to be billed on instead of it automatically being the date the client signs up. The point of membership is predictable cash flow

  12. When manually adding account credit or vouchers to a client's account it would be nice to have the ability to add a note to describe why they're being added. Sometimes they're due to previous circumstances or customer service, so adding the reason would be helpful for questions in the future

  14. The new chargeback format is awesome, but I would love to be able to make notes before I submit--if more than one person is working on it, or you're waiting for a client to call back, it would be really handy to be able to notate there

  17. Having to wait 2 hours for the system to update while counting inventory prevents us from efficiently getting an accurate count same day. This delays reports to owners and managers. This is something BLVD., should correct sooner rather than later.

  18. When a patient schedules an appointment they get a detailed email that includes personal information like what treatment they are getting. Med spas have to practice hipaa and this is a huge violation.

  19. When a patient books a service they get an email with all of their appointment details listed like their name, date/time of their appointment and what treatment they are getting. Med Spa practices have to practice hipaa and this is a huge violation.

  20. Need the ability to see required service modifiers for waitlisted appointments to ensure the correct service times are available based off the modifier questions that are asked such as gel removal or no gel removal which mades a big difference in time.
