"Booked By" Report
It would assist greatly with training front desk if we could see a consolidated report of appointments that were booked by one person. Since Boulevard already keeps record of who booked each appointment, I imagine it already has the data needed to put it into a list/report format.
This way, we can narrow down bookings and quickly check that all appointments booked by that one person were booked correctly rather than clicking around the schedule to see what was booked by them in the first place.

We should be able to have a automated setup for employees to get % off products and services without an "Offer"...OR...Allow an option under "Audience" to have more selection options, for it to be auto-apply to employees selection.

print draft purchase orders
Ability to print a draft purchase order.
I use the purchase orders to let me know what I have that is low in stock, but sometimes I can't order exactly what it recommends. It would be very nice to be able to print the draft PO so I can use that to order without having to continually switch back and forth between windows.

Create a requirement for when price is adjusted via appointment editor or checkout menu that a reason is required
If staff were mandated to put at least ~20 characters explaining the why of a price change and this was something that could easily be searched for then management would not only have a better picture of where pricing is wrong, they would also be able to spot the issues and errors.
We're having issues with this on both sides. I'd like to log when we are reducing things properly so that clients are better taken care of in the future. But also discover when staff are breaking protocol so that we can correct it and bring pricing back into…

Active Disputes could have a notification bubble on the Manage tab, leading to payment processing, to highlight it so it doesn't get buried.
Dispute notification is currently email to owner level. I'm a little unclear on who else receives these. But, at least in my small usage and experience, the probability that a dispute is quickly buried by a barrage of other emails is large. It would be fantastic if there was persistent dispute acknowledgement in the UI of managerial dashboard. It would also increase likelihood of timely responses so that the end consumer and blvd client can have a quicker resolution.

add a "legal" name field to client profile info
so that trans/gender nonconforming folks don't have to see a name they don't use when viewing a receipt, checking in, etc. I feel like it would be helpful to have a "legal name" field for the health department, but also so that the client doesn't see their dead name.

tips based on gross ticket amount
a lot of our services are recorded as a product for inventory purposes. we would like the tips based on gross ticket amount. ie: botox appt $0 product botox $100 tip is being based on the $0 instead of $100.
