The ability to Add On already inserted services in a dropdown menu rather than adding each one separately as an ADD ON Item.
Having the ability to ADD ON existing services with a dropdown menu Instead of having to completly type every description, price, duration, etc to ADD ON to another service would save so much time and frustration.

When creating a PO, it'd be helpful to see a summary of the order after clicking "next" in order to see the whole order and a total amount.

Need Report for Clients that are booked
Need to be able to filter client list for clients who ARE booked vs. NOT booked so we can market to different pools of clients.

Apply an offer from the scheduling screen
Be able to apply an offer when booking - not have to go to the checkout screen. Would be helpful when using the "Booked forecast" report so that the sales income is accurately reflected and the checkout process is faster because its already applied!

Instant Direct Booking Link via SMS
Booking link sent via text for clients who wish to book over the phone but do not want to give credit card information over the phone or "book online". Link gets sent to phone and they must add credit card info and accept the terms and policies within a specific timeframe to complete the booking, saving time and effort for the front desk. When the front desk gets busy checking out a client and there's calls on hold to book. This is efficient and keeps both parties happy!

Customizable Retail Commision
we have Hair that we buy for extensions and split the commision on the the hair between stylist and salon. but because the stylist makes a set commision on products there is no way to adjust this without changing everything

on calendar view make an option to open employee schedule
similar to block off option when clicking on the calendar be able to see and open staff availability for a day. aka make one-time change to booking availability from calendar view...

View all mode on calendar (including appts of deactivated staff, cancelled appts, perhaps rescheduled appointments, blocks, deleted blocks)
This is CRUCIAL to retroactive analyses. If I was to ask of myself and staff to forecast scheduling needs based on our own data, it would be impossible at the moment without quite a lot of workaround. Example question; "How busy were we leading up to X holiday in 2020, 2019, 2018". At present, we can only see the schedule of service providers that are still active. Workaround would be to reactivate all staff if one remembered who worked when, then deativate them... this would cause vulnerability for seconds to minutes as reactivating could open staff for booking, send backlogged…

Marketing - Visibility into Client List Where Retargeting Emails are Being Sent
I want to export the client list of who is receiving our marketing emails. I also would like to better understand how / if the email outreach logic takes into account clients who may have received the same email just days prior and if we can customize how often one client gets the same retargeting email in a month. Otherwise I think we need to turn them off.
