Forms Auto Fill
If you fill out the forms and on the first form they put name and dob it should autofill the rest on the next forms. Along with the date should transfer over

Our patients are constantly complaining about this. In the medspa industry, we are required to have consents signed every time a treatment is performed. Sometimes patients have multiple forms to sign, and it becomes frustrating to input the same patient information on each consent. This is critical!

We get a lot of complaints when people have to fill out forms that they have to type in their name for each form. It should auto populate their name and DOB on forms like consents, medical history etc.

We just had a staff meeting and this again came up. This is the patient's number one complaint of BLVD for our practice. "Why do I keep having to input the same information in multiple times." This should be pulled automatically from the patient's profile and if it is not, the first time they input it in the form, it should remember. Also, today's date should auto populate. Please BLVD, fix one of the biggest pain points for our patients.

Auto filling Name, date, address, birthdate (critical acct level information) would make a huge difference. Clients do not want to fill out forms in the first place but in most states its required at least once a year. When they come for a visit in some cases they have 5 or more forms. Pleaseeee bump this idea up!!
