  2. I use JustCall for my cloud-based phone system right now, it's a Twilio number that allows 2-way texts and recorded phone calls for quality assurance and training purposes. Would Boulevard be able to incorporate that? I would love to switch to all-in usage of Boulevard and cut out the extra expenses of that other phone system. It costs a lot.

We would like to create tangible travel tickets for stylists to be able to assess their clients' info all on one page rather than having to go thru multiple digital menus via Boulevard app. Client info like: Previous Products Purchased, Previous appointments, previous services + amounts paid, today's appt info and an area where they can write notes or suggestions.

  13. The gift certificate/card feature at the time of checkout is wonky. Our clients want something emailed right away. I know we can go to our site and purchase the GC's that way but it is a slow process. I would love to request a GC PDF to be able to be purchased at the time of checkout when the client is in the spa. I would also like to request that either the system auto-generates a number for the GC or makes it clear to use the client's last name for the code.

  14. There is no way to see or visit past receipts for accounting purposes. There should be a feature to go back into patient profiles to visit each individual transaction, or have a monthly transactional sheet.

  15. This is beyond not ok. The system sends out reminders for cancelled and changed appointments. It makes us look completely incompetent and we have people showing up at wrong appointment times. Getting angry because they think an appointment they cancelled wasn't cancelled and they are going to be charged. Speaking of that. We have a 24 hour late cancel fee. Why does the system send reminders at 4:00pm the night before a 9:00am appointment? If we have a 24 hour late cancel fee shouldn’t the reminder go out 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time? This is 100% a BLVD…

  16. Need to have turn key tech solutions when clients book online using the booking widget if they use Safari, Edge, Mozilla or anything other than Chrome. We need smooth booking flow and it is inconvenient to ask clients to use Chrome or delete cookies and cache

  17. Integrate with MYA! They are a matching system where your stylists and clients both take a quiz and it provides clients with 3 matches that would best suit them! It's been amazing at the salon so far. Our clients LOVE IT and the stylists are able to reach their ideal clientele with it

  18. We would love to add a tab in the Staff section after the Compensation tab that allows us to add in any certifications our stylists have obtained and when they expire. This could include their state board certifications and outside education certifications. Keeping this information in their profile in Boulevard would alleviate the need for a third program to track this information.
