Due to Covid and asking clients to wait outside in their cars and to text upon arrival, it would be helpful if similar to when picking up food ordered ahead of time and picked up (like at Panera for example) you could click a link that says "I'm Here and parked" Then for it to be an autmoated text repsonse that their technician will be right with them... Or to wait patiently while your stylist gets the suite (or chair, salon, area, etc) ready for you.

    This is especially great for suite owners, barbershops, salons, etc that may have limited…

  7. Staff currently cannot clock in outside of their set schedule. I request the ability to allow staff to click in outside of set schedule. Often staff have schedule adjustments that are not captured in the admin-level schedule, and it creates more work for the admin when they need a manual time clock entry.

  8. From the staff schedule, allow editing the employee's hour for each day of the week in a single screen.

    Right now edits require clicking into each day to configure, which makes it tedious and time consuming.

  9. From the staff schedule, allow hours to manually be typed, rather than only selecting available hours via dropdown picker. This would make this less tedious / time consuming.

  10. When filtering beta reports, you can only select from the first 50 clients, products, services, etc... This drastically limits options for customized reports when you have several thousand clients and more than 1000 products in the system.

  11. Currently you can only put in a dollar amount for business charges on services...why not percentages so it automatically calculates the business charge? It would be much easier this way.

  13. My salon 99% uses the professional app and we do not rely on a the dashboard to operate. When viewing a client's history notes, this isn't possible and we do need to use the dashboard. Client history on app please!

  14. The current timeblock report is not user friendly, doesn't give staff names, no date picker etc. Would like to easily be able to identify time block reasons and lengths for providers as well as view deleted time blocks, including which employee created and deleted them, and when.

  15. Clients having the option to add notes is dangerous. They think that if they add the note it will be honored. Sometimes what they request is not feasible.

  16. When enabling a resource group for services, the resources underneath should be also enabled by default. Currently, toggling a resource group only expands the resource group but does not enable the resources in that group. Instead of relying on the toggle to expand the resource group, there should be another UI action that expands the group instead of the toggle.

    Having to enable individual resources per service becomes mind-numbingly unsustainable to get new customers up and running.

  17. Allowing clients to be able to book out multiple appointments ahead of time without starting all over again. This was actually suggested by a client who is older and prefers to schedule appointments ahead of time online. She found it frustrating that she had to completely start over for each appointment when they all were the same thing over and over again. A feature where you could duplicate your last appointment or booking's services again so you can just skip to scheduling would be pretty helpful.

  18. Businesses should have more control over the look of the system. We should be able to put our branding colors on anything a client receives from us, even the "messaging/text/chat" box.

  19. We offer Foot Massages DURING all other lash and beauty services. They are completed by a different technician. So we have one on the face and one on the feet. Many ecomm platform offer a "Suggested Product" at check out. It would save a lot of time if Massages would come up as a complimentary service to book as they are choose their lash or beauty service. It encourages a higher ticket. This isnt an add on either because we have 2 techs working and we need the Service to be added not just a random top up add on…

  20. Can we please add "Arrival Time" in addition to "Appointment Time".

    Basically girls are showing up on time, then they use the bathroom and fill out the consent and are halfway through their appointment. It's a big issue. We will add it to the Client Instructions but since that section is so large already with text, they may not read it. it would be nice to have it in the body of the email
