Dashboard Booking Customization
Would like the ability to show services next to the service provider name when booking in the dashboard.
For example, if someone calls to request a SP, and want to book for a certain SP it would only show the services the SP provides in the preview window

Put date of service on client receipts when closed out after the appt date.
The date of service needs to be added to all receipts that don't get closed out the same day. When closed out after service date, it gives the current date and clients get confused and think they're getting charged when not being in that day.

Many services require multiple products to be used, so allowing for more than one product to be used per service would allow for better inventory tracking

In an effort to cut down on accidental refunds to the incorrect payment method, could we implement an additional confirmation for refunds so that they staff member must confirm their refund method before processing?

Update client expierience page to show full number for online booking time frame.
The new client experience page is useful for seeing many items in one location, I just found that it only shows two digits for the timeframe for online booking. I freaked out when I thought my booking was only open for 18 days. I then realized it was 180, but not showing the third digit. This is true on multiple browsers and multiple screen sizes.

Option/setting to email business a CC of all outgoing client emails
Would like a feature setting to enable emails to be turned on for the business (one main business email contact similar to the email found in the MANAGE location tab> Details section) for all client appointments booked, reminders, and cancellations

Better Email Marketing Options
- The ability to duplicate a campaign rather than reinventing the wheel every time
- Emoji's in the subject line
- Store branded colors and fonts
- Reports that show who opened and who unsubscribed (not just a number but names)
- Better email templates
- The ability to choose multiple audiences for the campaign
- This was said before, but the ability to send to clients that may not be clients, but have purchased before.

Scheduled Appointment Report
We REALLY Need a report that shows all new SCHEDULED bookings are made in a given time period -- broken out by Self-Booked or Other (Called In) -- and filtered by New Clients vs. Returning Clients.
We are ramping up our marketing efforts and we need to see how those efforts are performing. We can see the number of self-booked clients by observing cart_completed in GA, but that isn't sufficient. Help!

Update the "schedule" view to show number of forms that were assigned to the appointment
The schedule view has some utility, but it is hard to know if someone was assigned a form that wasn't completed. A third column for "assigned forms" would allow us to see if they have forms that should be completed so we can make sure we get the information from them.

iPad warning if not ready
When checking out on the desktop, if the selected iPad isn't on the welcome screen the transaction will run the card on file and skip the option for the client to leave gratuity. It would be nice if there was a warning to let you know if the iPad isn't on the welcome screen so you could get it where it needs to be.
Sometimes the client just starts pressing buttons and if you can't see the iPad you don't know what they're doing.

Better sales report
The sales report shows income with services purchased with gift cards and account credit, but that isn't an accurate report because that wasn't income generated that day.

Would love a product sales report that listed who the sales were made by so commission would be easier to figure out. Client name on there would be nice also.

Make the client list alphabetical
It's so hard to look up clients when the list doesn't populate alphabetically. Scrolling through random names is time consuming.

Implement a 'day of' booking restriction for offers to allow offer codes to only be used for booking services for the same day.

Chart sign-off assignable to specific users/user groups
Medical director sign off is its own process, while a lead is a part of escalations in which they also need to be involved and have the ability to review/sign off in those instances. Instead of a single list of charts that need review, being able to split to their respective users based on circumstance would be more beneficial
