Low inventory threshold
We need to be able to set custom "low inventory" numbers when using "Bulk Add" in a purchase order. When using bulk add, almost 100 products get added, and many have 4, 5, & 6 units in stock. Then we have to go through and delete those items, making bulk add a feature that doesn't make the process any easier or faster.
For our business, 5-6 units are full stock for most items. We want to be able to set "low inventory" as 0-2 units per item. Bonus if we could set custom low inventory for different categories as well,…

Manual Edit Abilities for Staff that Shows in Calendar
I want to decide which staff members I want to see in the calendar tab, even if they don't have appointments or aren't on the schedule. It'd be nice if I could manually remove anyone that I don't want to see on the calendar tab.

Pre-treatment time with different service provider
In the med spa space, there is often work that needs to be completed by a nurse before the service can begin. It'd be beneficial to add an additional 'pre-treatment' time block, similar to processing time, that can be assigned to an additional provider to complete this work before the actual service provider begins the service

Have a "Please compete form" reminder email instead of only "confirm appointment" email
Sometimes we need to add additional forms after a client has already confirmed their appointment, and we are forced to have them fill out the form in-office because the "resend form reminder" email sent to them says "confirm your appointment" instead of something like "please fill out this form". So patients do not complete the form because they have already confirmed their appointment...

day view screen lock
Currently, when I set my daily screen view- Say I put Ali and Lilly together on one screen, It moves them around on the other days, where I do not want them together. Can you make it so I can structure one day, without affecting every single other day?

add a preferred name field
It would be nice to have a field in the client data area for their preferred name. We need to have legal names as well but want to be able to keep track of what our clients prefer to be called.

Change date range for Fill Slow Day campaign

Show balance/change information after checkout is complete
It would be nice to be able to see the change a guest should receive back after checkout is complete, not just before. It would also be nice to see gift card balances afterwards as well. Sometimes providers get a little click happy and it would save time to have that information on the screen still instead of having to look up the gift card balance or pulling out the calculator.

Per Transaction Option When Creating Offers (Discounts)
Currently when you create an offer it only allows to apply the discount to the item (per item). With this clients are able to use that discount on multiple items that are eligible. Can you all create a "per transaction" option for discounts, so that the client can only receive the discount towards the total transaction. For example, I currently have a $25 discount code. If a client books a massage and facial online they will save $25 on each item saving $50 total. With a "per transaction" option, they would only be able to save $25 total.

Shorter Booking Links for SMS
The current way to share booking links is by grabbing the URL and using Bitly to shorten, however, some SMS carriers don't like bitly links and don't send them. Would be nice to have access to shortlinks in the dashboard so we don't have to use bitly.

Breakdown of bill denomination in cash register
I'd like to be able to see the breakdown of the cash register in previous day's register count. Right now you can only see the cash totals and it would help to troubleshoot when there are register discrepancies to be able to see if someone just counted the total number of 20 bills wrong.

Reordering of Addons and service modifies in the booking flow
While reordering of addons and modifiers is avilable with in the respective categories, being able to reorder modifiers before addons would improve the flow of my booking and give owners more control over their guests booking experience.

- Allow messages to be tagged "unread" and allow messages to be sent to providers/front desk
- Put in place safeguard so a provider cannot be scheduled in two different locations at the same time.
- Allow blocked times (ie out/PTO) to be seen in all locations provider is seeing patients
- Allow option to see providers schedule in all locations they work on the same page

NEW vs. CURRENT Clients Online Booking
We have an issue with New Patients/clients booking under existing patients. New Patients require additional time for their appointment. This creates a nightmare for our front desk, since many times these are missing - which leads to a poor customer experience, when they show and there isn't enough time allowed for their appointment. It would be great, if there was a question that could be asked at the beginning of online booking. "Are You Currently a Patient at...? Yes or No. Then based off that question they would be show a list of services they can book. Or, maybe there…

Add purchase limits to offer codes
Right now there is no limit to how many transactions can be performed using an offer code. Some businesses only want the client to be able to purchase a discounted gift card once but there is no limit currently to how many they can purchase.

Offset statements
It would be very helpful if the business could receive some sort of statement of credit card fees charged broken down by card type (debit/credit) to have full visibility into fees being assessed by Offset.
