Change the messaging system back to how it was. It was more thorough and easier to navigate. Also, show times of messages not time elapsed p
The original messaging system showed more info on the client right off the bat, with fewer steps. Also showed who had looked at the message without having to open the message. Also instead of showing how much time elapsed between messages it showed the time the actual response went through. It was an easier more efficient setting. Please change it back!

Create an auto populate feature for charts and forms
Currently, if you were to print a chart/form.. it does not print the clients name or any of their information. In order to have this information included, it has to be manually entered. Create a feature that will auto populate information such as name, date of birth, date of service, etc.

Bug Report: Keyboard does not appear when added product during checkout on mobile app.
When I go to checkout a person on the mobile app and then add products the keyboard will appear and immediately disappear. It is a very common flow that we are selling product during an appointment checkout and are not always at the computer to do so. This makes it difficult for us to use the mobile app as checkout vector.

Add new categories to checkout window
I'd like to be able to charge for a valet service and would love to be able to charge that from a 'Valet' section on the checkout window. Could this be something that is implemented?

Service alerts such as outages or feature issues with Boulevard as push notifications in professional app
Often alerts are business critical and the only way to see them is on dashboard. Staff that do not normally use dashboard do not see these alerts and it may be crucial that they are aware of the temporary issues despite not being in front of dashboard (or if someone dismissed the alert). Having these mission critical alerts go out to all service providers could mean the difference between disconnected massive confusion and collective working around.

incomplete notes- provider
We are a soap notes required biz.
We are having issues with soap notes compliance and there is no easy way to sort who is leaving them and who is not. We need an indicator of incomplete forms-either on the providers profile or on the client. Right now reception has to go through all the day before and send out mean emails. When Patients Cancel, Allow Them to Check a Reason
When patients cancel online them, ask them to select a reason for cancelation and prompt to reschedule. It would be nice if we could change the options for cancelations. Thank you!

One Time Blast Warning Notifications
It'd be a great idea if warnings were surfaced before sending out a One Time Blast advising the user that these campaigns cannot be edited, or unsent once they go live so that users are notified that they need to check settings and their content over before launching a campaign.

"Pattern of Behavior" Alert
Alerts if client/patient has a history of no-shows or cancels often.
Ex. When we're choosing a reason, client canceled, client no-showed, if we're choosing the reason, if the system could recognize that as: "Hey, history of no -shows or one no -show", it would help prepare for that appointment.
