  1. The report is getting too large and we are unable to create any filters. Every other report has filters - can we try and make this one be filterable or have a date range?

  2. When looking at the Front Desk view, tags for appointments and tags for profiles are all in the top right corner of client boxes. They should be in separate places so it's easier to differentiate

  3. The new message tab does not preserve line breaks in sent messages. They do send with the line breaks, but the message window does not show them. This can make sent messages very hard to read/understand. Especially when you are sending a list of openings to someone wanting to book. The list on our end ends up looking like this:

    Hi Name, We have the following openings: Tuesday at 2:00 with Kate Wednesday at 4:00 with Steve Thursday at 12:00 with Jane Friday at 1:00 with Marcy Please let us know if you would like any of those appointments

  4. Must be able to use a gift card as a form of payment for online booking!! We're getting charged double in credit card fees since we are not refunded the fees when we refund someones card.

  5. We recently had a customer dispute the credit card charge for a gift card purchase. Some form of option to block usage of the gift card while the dispute is worked out would be great. I can zero it out, but then if the dispute resolves in my favor I need to reactivate it and house the purchase. (this whole process screws up all kinds of reports)

    Some way of (preferably automatically) blocking that gift card from being used until the dispute is resolved would be very helpful. Or simply voiding the card when the dispute is created is another…

  6. When a client is coming in for multiple appointments in a single day and those appointments are linked.. if they decide to cancel one single service, the system cancels all of the appointments that were linked together instead of allowing you to cancel just one of the services in the group.

  7. Your terrible messaging update no longer allows me to move the message box outside of the message window or open multiple boxes. i'm often messaging multiple people on the calendar page. it was so easy. guess what i cant do without opening two windows and clicking back and forth?

  9. To improve overall organizational performance and quality we believe it is important to be able to generate reports on client demographic variables collected throughout the intake process. These include things like (gender or racial identity). Additionally it would be helpful to be able to run reports for fields that are contained in forms. Or at a minimum, be able to review summary reports of forms to support data cleaning activities, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, etc. To summarize, the request is to build out the ability to run more nuanced client reports that help us to better understand client demographic variables, which…

  10. Wish there was verbage on the email booking confirmations something along the lines "add to calendar" or make the appointment time and sevice a link to click. A lot of clients are unaware that theyt can create a calendar event.

  11. The original messaging system showed more info on the client right off the bat, with fewer steps. Also showed who had looked at the message without having to open the message. Also instead of showing how much time elapsed between messages it showed the time the actual response went through. It was an easier more efficient setting. Please change it back!

  13. Currently, if you were to print a chart/form.. it does not print the clients name or any of their information. In order to have this information included, it has to be manually entered. Create a feature that will auto populate information such as name, date of birth, date of service, etc.

  15. When I go to checkout a person on the mobile app and then add products the keyboard will appear and immediately disappear. It is a very common flow that we are selling product during an appointment checkout and are not always at the computer to do so. This makes it difficult for us to use the mobile app as checkout vector.

  17. I'd like to be able to charge for a valet service and would love to be able to charge that from a 'Valet' section on the checkout window. Could this be something that is implemented?

  18. Often alerts are business critical and the only way to see them is on dashboard. Staff that do not normally use dashboard do not see these alerts and it may be crucial that they are aware of the temporary issues despite not being in front of dashboard (or if someone dismissed the alert). Having these mission critical alerts go out to all service providers could mean the difference between disconnected massive confusion and collective working around.

  20. The ability of putting in quotes for specific services into each client profile. Then being able to pull a report/filter for any client that was quoted that specific service for marketing purposes.
