  3. If I am searching for a particular date at one location and switch to anothere location, the date should stay the same, not always jump back today's date.. one can click the 'today' button for that.

  5. We would love to be able to customize the loyalty program either through the program itself or with promotions. Like earn double points on service X or product Y. This would be a good way to help us promote slow sellers while ensuring that customers will be coming back to use their points.

    On a more permanent basis I would love to have higher points earned on my higher margin services to push people to book more of those.

  14. Strategies is a salon business coaching company that is heavy on understanding our companies numbers. Other booking companies have partnered with them to offer reports that work seamlessly with the worksheets Strategies uses. It would be great if one of your engineers would do the same. The reports offered currently are inaccurate, clunky and incomplete making it really tough to extract the data or even trust the accuracy.

  15. We have certain estheticians who do not perform certain services, but even if they are non assignable in the system reception is still able to book the service in. I know a message pops up that says "This person does not usually perform this service:" , but if you miss that they are still able to book it. The older system we used did not even allow us to move it over and only allowed estheticians who performed the service take the service.
