  1. Currently you cant see the prices of services easily at all when booking. It does not show you the price of the appointment until you are almost done booking it. I would like to be able to easily see all prices for different artists while I am on the phone with a client. Right now I have to basically book it to be able to tell them the price.

  2. Currently form access is either all the way turned on or off. It'd be great if we could restrict access for certain forms/charts to protect sensitive client information.

  3. When a credit card refund is completed - the fees associated with that transaction should also be refunded. Especially because you do not allow for online booking using gift card/voucher. Last month, we had $3000 in refunds - so we were essentially double charged for those bookings.

  4. It would be nice to see when any changes are made to the employees scheudles and who makes them. Such as adding breaks, making unavailable, etc.

  5. it would be amazing to be able to take mobile payments through phone without having the need for the iPad, duo, and the laptop and the need to enter information. it's quite cumbersome for vendor events.

  7. Our stylists fill out a form with their client to ensure everyone is aligned on price. It'd be great if we could add services and add-ons into the forms and they bring up a total price that the client can agree to.

    This is in an effort to protect our business from clients claiming they weren't quoted a price.

  9. Locations can be sold between franchises. Billing will reflect previous invoices under the new franchise, when we need visibility into which invoices pertained to which billing account.

  13. We are closed on weekends so we want our clients receiving email reminders 5 business days/weekdays prior and text reminders 3 business days/weekdays prior and not have the weekends count.

  14. When adding the same phone number for multiple people ie mothers/ younger teens it gets confusing when they text the office it defaults to one or the other but its never correct. How can we simplify this, can it be by birthdate?

  16. Instead of a gentle "Your appointment has been cancelled", the No-Show message would hold a more appropriate tone if it was "You've been recorded as NO-SHOW for your appointment".

  18. Currently when you run the commission report, it cuts off the name of the service. You should be able to see the full service name for accurate reporting.

  19. We just added our first add-on! Yay. But we have discovered you cannot actually see that there is an add-on in the mobile calendar without clicking into the apt and reading carefully. This needs to be visual and bold.

    We are having reception leave notes to staff on top of their shift for the day in a block, but pls make some kind of add-on marker!! or they will totally be missed. Building it was easy though and we are excited by this option!

  20. Need to be able to print or save as PDF the membership/ account credit transaction history when client requests for a transaction report to confirm they are up to date of their credits or if there are confusions to how many credits/vouchers they have.

    Also helps if clients can see their balances through their own client portal
