  5. I'd like to be able to mark out staff members to preform certain tasks or classes during their gaps between clients. I'd like them to still be available to take clients if one schedules but assign tasks in their down time.

  6. It doesn't make sense that we can't see a booking alert unless we click into the client profile. The purpose of an ALERT is to well, ALERT the desk but we shouldn't need to go into every profile everyday to make sure we are not missing one.

  8. To have the ability to create customized automations that trigger when certain actions are met, such as a few days after a new client's first visit has been completed or for a returning client. You could use it as a drip campaign to welcome new clients and introduce upsell opportunities.

  12. Would love to be able to see the voucher expiration dates at checkout. If a client has multiple sets of vouchers we want to be able to redeem the ones that are going to expire rather than the ones they just earned. Or just have them only apply the ones that are going to expire soon in order they earned them oldest>newest. We have been checking by going into their profile > payment methods to see when they expire then go back and apply the correct vouchers.

Under our previous system (Booker), clients could walk in, select a gift certificate template, tell us who it was for, what they wanted included on the gift, add special messages, etc. and we could print a nice color gift certificate for them to take with them. While we were talking with the sales folks at Boulevard, I was led to believe that this is also possible with your system (this is in addition to clients being able to buy gift cards online themselves without our help).

    So far, I have not been able to find anything close to this with…
