  1. I would love to be able to see our top clients with loyalty program points. It would also be amazing to offer those top clients more perks as far as levels go (similar to Nordstrom)

  3. When going to cancel a client's appointment, but they need to call back to reschedule, it would be nice to have a "client rescheduled or client will call back to reschedule" option under cancellation reason.

  5. The reason for this is to provide an accurate 'Membership Conversion %' so that we can provide proper feedback to our staff with actual numbers.

    See Below as an example:

    Jan.2024 New Membership count = 10
    Total Service Client Count = 100
    Non Member (or Member) Service Client Count = 50

    currently if I were to count the membership conversion %, I would divide 10/100 = 10%...but in reality the staff can ONLY sell membership to a client that is not a member, so I would really need to perform 10/50 = 20%

  6. Right now you can only pull the clientrecord id from the Client Records report. It'd be great if we could obtain that in more reports like 'Client Sales' to easily tie these records together.

  9. so many people walk in and try to book an appointment for the next day and they don't have their card on them and suggest apple pay but we don't have apple pay so i think it would quicker and more efficient if apple pay was a form of payment.

  13. Right now clients can receive vouchers for services and products and account credit. However, many customers have written into support wanting to offer more than just vouchers and credit. Several medspas have reported that they'd like to have discount only memberships. Others say they'd like to change what perks clients receive throughout the year, some want to require a monthly charge but only grant vouchers once a year.

  14. We would like to see the option for one client to pay for other clients. We have many parents or spouses paying for someone else, and it does not seem like there is an easy way to execute that.

  15. Having the ability to create a bank of questions/dropdowns etc. that can then be added to many different forms and charts would be very time-saving and allow us to create forms/charts with ease.

    Also, it would be a cool feature to pull in products by category into a chart so we would easily make a protocol for providers to select what product they used during that step.

    Having the ability to change a chart to a form and vice versa, just in case you spent a lot of time building the form or chart in the incorrect format.

  16. We have three locations in California and one in Indiana. We carry the same products in both states, but because of the different regions we have two separate distributors. Wholesale pricing is a little bit different for each one. We would like the option to open up the product description at the Indiana location and check a box for "This location has a custom wholesale price." Similar to the options for "custom price" and "custom tax rate." This would greatly help our CPA with the accuracy of our spending reports at the end of the year.

  17. When running a report using the offer code filter, I just want to be able to see a list of the offer codes that are relevant to the date range that's set. If it wasn't used in that time range, it shouldn't be an option.
