client orders makes you start from the begining
when looking at the history of a clients orders. when i open a specific order and then hit the back button, it redirects me to todays recent orders history of all clients instead of bringing me back to view the history of that specific client. having to type in the clients first and last name every single time i want to look into there individual account order history
ie: All Orders--> clients name--> full order history--> specific date of order history -->hits back button-- All Orders.it should be :
All Orders-->clients full purchase history-->Specific date-->back button-->clients full order history.4 votes -
Archiving chart option when "in progress"
It would be helpful to have the option to archive any charts even if they have been started or "in progress". This would be a nice option to have in case 2 of the same charts or open, or the opened chart was not used or a different one was needed.

Switch Add Internal Note and Close Messages on top right
Keep accidentally closing when we want to add notes - makes more sense for the close to be the button on the far right!

Credit Cards on File
Show in the actual check out that they have a card on file maybe by upcoming appointments? Instead of it just showing when you click on their appointment to check out or when you click into the dropdown for credit cards!

PO Credit column
Would be helpful to have an area on the Purchase orders where you can input if you used a supplier credit and did not have to pay for a certain amount of products.

Option to create a reminder to repurchase product through email and text
It would be very helpful to have a marketing option for drip campaigns to remind clients to repurchase product.

A simple way to see which transactions are debit vs credit card.
Is there not just a simple way to see debit vs credit cards? that's the only thing i can think of that may be causing such a discrepancy in how much is collected vs what I' paying in fees. Offset should be charging guests 3% but I'm routinely paying 2.5% and the guests are paying 1.5%. If this is because they are all using debit cards I need to be able to figure that out without going down a back alley to locate and download a spreadsheet that I then have to reconfigure so I can actually read it.

Add a popup message to indicate that a client's appointment is affected by removing a service provider's availability.
With prior POS software we got a popup message indicating that a client's appointment was affected when we removed a working day for a service provider. I recently did this and there was no indication from the software letting us know that a client had booked an appointment on one of the days that had been removed from her schedule. We would like to be notified so we can make arrangements to reschedule the client to a different provider and/or different date.

Adjust zoom in before/after photos
Add a slider bar to compare before and after photos to allow direct comparison. This feature is in TouchMD and is super helpful for the team.

visual Data Reports: Graphs, Pie Charts Etc
I came from Vagaro and they had easy to read visual data charts. I am a visual person and numbers/text are hard to read. Having easy to read Data such as graphs, pie charts is ideal for business to see the numbers easier for visual people.

The business is wanting the ability to have more then one register. They are a single location but they have multiple "register setups" within the business.

Make pricing easier to see
Currently you cant see the prices of services easily at all when booking. It does not show you the price of the appointment until you are almost done booking it. I would like to be able to easily see all prices for different artists while I am on the phone with a client. Right now I have to basically book it to be able to tell them the price.

Restrict access to specific forms and charts
Currently form access is either all the way turned on or off. It'd be great if we could restrict access for certain forms/charts to protect sensitive client information.

Reverse credit card fees when cc transaction if refunded
When a credit card refund is completed - the fees associated with that transaction should also be refunded. Especially because you do not allow for online booking using gift card/voucher. Last month, we had $3000 in refunds - so we were essentially double charged for those bookings.

Reports for any changes made to staff schedules
It would be nice to see when any changes are made to the employees scheudles and who makes them. Such as adding breaks, making unavailable, etc.

mobile payment
it would be amazing to be able to take mobile payments through phone without having the need for the iPad, duo, and the laptop and the need to enter information. it's quite cumbersome for vendor events.
