  1. I would like to be able to opt in a patient into text reminders at check out. Many of them don't see the option when they book their appointment.

  2. Blvd allows users to open up more than 2 sale and/or appt booking windows at a time but the third one gets cut off the screen. I know that a workaround is to expand that third sale into the detailed view so that it takes up the whole screen, but it seems like a design flaw that it gets cut off like that at all.

  3. Currently, when a service provider receives text notifications about appointments, the emoji/icon used is an emoij of a calendar page that has the date July 17th.

  4. Being able to restrict service providers from viewing certain reports/limiting them to see their own metrics would be very helpful.
    For example, service providers should only be able to see their own tips/commission, and not view everyone else's.

When I'm adding a new client, I start with the phone number (since names you can misspell, but phone numbers are easier to input so our staff start with that) and once I type the number and click "create new client" the phone number auto fills into the FIRST NAME field instead of "MOBILE", you'd think the system is smart enough to distinguish names and numbers and fill them into the right field automatically. But no. And when you go to delete the phone number from the first name field, it EXITS the client profile screen altogether and now you…

  12. Privilege groups should include a separate functionality of appointment cancellations. Only authorized staff should cancel appointments.

    We don't want our staff the ability to cancel any appointments, all cancellations should be reviewed by our manager. Some salons have a history of staff taking cash from customers, but then turn around and cancel the appointment to show that the customer never arrived, thus pocketing the full service sale for herself.

  13. Sometimes we ONLY want stylists to see how much they've earned in Gratuity for the day and only the admin gets to see their service sales. For other employees, they want to see their service sales and gratuity, and everything else. Being able to control who sees what on their mobile app would be great!

  14. When you click "new appointment" at the top right, it opens a small mini screen at the bottom right to fill in all necessary information. It would be great to enlarge the screen and see everything in a bigger, cleaner format, so we click the enlarge button to expand the screen. But if we do that, the "First Available" option disappears, and we must select a stylist instead. When enlarging the screen, please keep all the functionalities that exist when the screen was small!

  15. Phone numbers are unique to every customer, so it should be used as a unique identifier and so should be a required field. We get very confused when we see 2 "John Smith" and not know who is who. In fact, we need phone numbers more than we need last names, as last name requirements tend to slow us down when making a new customer profile (especially if the last names are foreign and very long), if we just had their first name and their phone numbers, that should be enough to create a client profile.

  16. We get very busy and to quickly sign-in clients, we only want their first name and phone number as required fields. These two pieces of info are enough of a differentiator that we don't want to spend time asking someone to spell out their last name. Some people have very long and complicated last names, and we would rather not have to get their last names wrong and have it be blasted across all marketing and text reminder communications every single time, and instead just use their first names only. Plus, being on first name basis with people feels like…

  17. This would allow an Admin to choose who can over override scheduling rules, which can currently be done when booking with "Select time on calendar” (Timing/Resource Blocking/Approve a Service Provider to perform a service that is normally not done)
