Patients often use multiple email addresses, it would be great to cross ref the email AND phone number

Longer timeout
In the BLVD DUO app... it times out after a minute, and often messes someone up that is filling out their forms. Is there a way to put in a request to get rid of the time out feature? And if there's not, can we request a longer time out period, more like 5 minutes vs 60 seconds. It has been an ongoing issue for some of our staff and clients to deal with.

Offer code applied online should be visible in the dashboard
It's really difficult to understand how well any given offer code is performing (especially if it's a limited time offer) when you can't see if patients applied the code when online booking. The only way it comes up is when you go to check the appointment out. It makes our business look disorganized when the front desk and providers don't have that visibility. Our providers will pitch something to the patient not knowing they already "signed up" for another offer. Customize Client Instructions for Confirmation & Reminder
would like to be able to customize the client instructions separately for the booking and reminder emails so that they get two sets of instructions.

When using a sale to transfer account credit between two clients, it results in an erroneous reporting
Client A sale, purchasing $100 of account credit for Client B using existing client credit. After sale, which will be a net zero for the business, will show as $100 in payments even through it should cancel out and be $0.

Multiple staff with same firstname then same last initial causes a lot of confusion
At times on Blvd due to either just first name showing or initials. Would be greatly appreciated if there would be some heuristic approach to solve this when applicable.
When showing first name of a staff member when (with fuzzy matching) are more than 1 of that first name in a staff directory, show full name in that instance; if last name matches then denote that there are more than one of that same staff name with a highlight and hover over description stating multiple staff.

One Receipt Option
Need an option to only print one receipt, we almost never need 2, and if we do we just print 2, but the extra paper is getting printed on for no reason.

Call List Print Off
A specific call list we can print and call to confirm appointments. We usually do 2 days before to remind those that have booked in advance but haven't confirmed yet.

We need Dollar amount deposits options, not only % deposits
Some services are charged by the unit and we cannot give a client a price until they come in person. We need to be able to charge straight $ amount deposits.... This is a must!

Website linked to logo in confirmation/reminder emails
The link at the bottom of the confirmation and reminder emails (to get back to the website) is very small and not easily seen. It would be great to have the logo linked directly to the website, so that clients can click the logo to be directed back easily.
