what just happened with the add ons?
It's already a little annoying to have to edit the appointment to add the add ons but now you have to edit the appointment and the click on the 3 dots and click select add on to even show the add on options. It would be way easier if you could add them at check out simply by typing them in like retail.

last system you didn't have to change out of your main screen to simply do a singular sale. a separate tab would work . At the moment you have to go to sale and theres this little tab far right ,anyone new to the system its quite confusing

Once a staff profile is deleted it should also delete all upcoming appointments that any clients have with that stylist.
It is very inconvenient to have to go through every client's appointment with the stylist that no longer works here and delete the appointments. Boulevard should just delete every upcoming appointment that any client has with that stylist.

When self cancelling, clients should be asked if they want to cancel their "guests" appointment as well.
A client created a reservation for themselves and a guest but when they had cancelled the reservation on Boulevard it only cancelled the main client and did not cancel their "Guests" reservation. They assumed that both reservations were cancelled so a simple "did you want to cancel this one as well" would have saved us the money and time!

Visual Enhancements: navigating back arrow
"Select Service Time" Page: Many users have expressed difficulty in navigating back from the "Select Service Time" page to the previous page. I would greatly appreciate it if you could improve the visualization of the "back" arrow or even create a "back" CTA (Call to Action) that is easily recognizable for users, ensuring a smoother and more intuitive user experience.

updating CT info even w/invalid info & b-day alerts for discount
In the old platform my work used, we were able to upload client's info, despite something like an e-mail address being invalid, which would allow the information to be saved. It would be really nice to be able to update and save the CT's information, despite there being something wrong in their information, like the email. As it stands now, I'm unable to update some CT's info due to invalid information which, truthfully, is more than frustrating. Whilst on that subject, our old program altered us when it was someone's birthday so we could apply a b-day discount at check…

The email for booking automatically adds location after name of business which looks like Los Los Angeles Angeles....
"You are scheduled for an appointment at Refine Men's Salon of West Hollywood West Hollywood on Jul 28, 2023 at 6:00pm PDT."
So any company that has their name of location in their business name would be listed in emails with the location twice. I think solution is remove the city from the automatic portion of the emails as the location is listed anyway in the address below.

Re-set lists to page one when changing filters on the products page
When viewing products the interface remembers what page you are on when changing brands, categories, etc...
Example: I am looking at items 101-150 for the shampoo category.
I change the filter to hairspray (25 items)
The page is blank because it is displaying items 101-150 for a category with only 25 items.
The display should be reset to the first page any time the filters at the top of the page are adjusted.

Preserve Numbers & Formulas for Excel Exports vs Plain Text
Can you please make exporting reports to excel store numbers as numbers and not as text. Your exports do not preserve the format of data from the reports for numbers and you have to manually convert everything from text to numbers.

Condense "Manage" & "Settings" tabs
Often times there are the same functions between the manage & settings tabs - combining these into one tab would help us not have to flip flop between the two to find what we are looking for as they sometimes serve the same purpose, but sometimes have different options!

Tiered commission structure that only applies next level of commission to sales higher than the previous tier.

FORM upgrades
I think it would be EXTREMELY to have these options to form:
Manually link the forms so that we can send in marketing/client reach out campaigns
The option for forms to be required for booking
An alert or list of clients who have filled out forms (so we can input any information into the file)
A birthday option that automatically updates their birthday on their file (year not necessary)

Offer Reporting Shortcut/Insight
Within the offer codes setup page/listing there should be a shortcut for high level metrics around the offer code such as number of uses, revenue, etc. It's cumbersome to have to look into beta reports each time.
