  3. When a client late cancels or no shows their appointment, our policy is to charge a late fee/no show fee. When they do not have a card on file, we would love if there was a way to have a hold on their account in the amount of the balance they owe. This way they can take care of it themselves when rebooking online or it will pop up when they call.

  4. We REALLY need to be able to limit when customers with memberships are able to book. For example, we'd love to sell a weekday membership to our bathhouse, but need for the online booking to only allow for weekdays for membership holders. Can you do this or can we pay someone to customize this options for us?

  5. We have a lot of clients who book repeating appointments. I had a client who wanted to cancel her Thursday appointments and change to a different appointment date. I found out that I have to go in and cancel each appointment individually. Wish there was a button to select (delete all future repeating appointments in this set).

  7. We have to double check every checkout to ensure they dont have accound credits from booking online. The deposit paid should AUTOMATICALLY go toward the appointment booked. When appointments are cancelled, we should have the option to refund or not refund the appointment payment/deposit.

  10. When our clients purchase a package of 10 sessions and only use 6 - it would be nice to easily run a report on that specific session type to what clients have what left.

  11. When you try to drag another client onto the check-out box of a client to do a group sale,the pop-up box covers the list of clients in ACTIVE. Please move where the pop up box is located so we can drag the 2nd client over.

  16. It would be really wonderful if we were able to add emoji's when communicating with our clients through the message center. Just like the way we have emojis when messaging with the help center, but with our clients. PLEASE, PRETTY PLEASE!!!!!
