  1. Seems like clients are passing on the waitlist option because of requiring a credit card to request a spot on the waitlist. They don't have an actual appointment yet so asking for a credit card feels weird. It would be nice to have the option to pick and choose what requires a credit card?

  4. For instance, some days I do permanent makeup, some days I do lashes, and some days I work on management duties in my office. Currently I have to have 3 separate staff profiles for this which is confusing. It would be nice to have the option for staff/owners to clock in under specific roles instead of having to create multiple staff profiles for one person. The same applies to staff. If they are training I still need them to clock in, but I need them to clock in for training, not for services as they are paid at a different…

  6. We have multiple locations and sometimes providers will travel between shops. There needs to be a better way to disable them from showing up on online booking OTHER THAN entirely removing the second location from their account profile. This makes us have to re-set up all their services and payment settings if we do it this way, which is very inconvenient. It would be AMAZING if, when going online to book, clients did NOT see any service providers under our location if their books aren't open. This gives the client a false sense of hope, and they will add themselves…

  8. Be able to select a date range in the payment processing report., sometimes the months overlap 1 or 2 days and need to download both months to merge them is extra work.

  9. We charge an automatic 20% service fee for all group and package bookings and would like to have the option at checkout to have an easy way to add the 20% fee with a click. This is not the same as the tipping feature as we do not accept gratuities through boulevard.

When our service providers get a notification that their client has arrived and checked in, they would like to see "X has checked in for the following services..." so they don't have to separately check their books and see what's booked. It is a simple thing that would save extra time, and sometimes our service providers have been missing out on services because the client won't mention it to them in the chair if the provider doesn't bring it up.

  17. I would like to be able to utilize the marketing feature to send clients birthday emails and discounts but I can't do this because birthdays aren't collected when a client creates their profile. I would like this to at least be an option for them when online booking.

  18. I would like to add to this and maybe have a reminder pop up when they late cancel within a certain timeframe that we can set?

    If its legal - take a step further and either have the system automatically charge them or put the late cancel charge in their cart/profile to show as needing to be check out by the front desk some how?

I would like the option to request deposits for let's say 4th of July weekend, and then once the weekend is over, no deposits are required again, and then on labor day weekend, the deposits would be turned back on, and off again. Having a calendar date range where specific days deposits for service are required and other days when we're not so in demand no deposits are required.
