  1. I would like if we could have one report that inludes all the commissions from services and retail plus gratuities. Right now we just have the summary report which does not have any details. We have to send many report to each technician instead of one.

  2. It would be great if there was a way to flag messages with clients or mark them as unread. Sometimes it can be really difficult if we read a message during the weekend for example but don't want to take action on it while we are not working. It would be nice to have a way to flag the message to come back to when we are back in the salon.

  10. Voice to text - especially in the chat feature. Nothing is more frustrating that trying to type fast when client is standing there, and you are trying to get an answer from support . Especially if you have to spell check or edit what you are trying to say.

  11. It would be extremely helpful if we had the capability of emailing or texting incomplete forms to clients. I understand that they already get them in a text or email reminder but if we could have a resend button that way they can fill it out in our lobby on their own device that would be great. ALSO it would be extremely helpful if BLVD had the option of pulling up forms without it being attached to an appointment. We have clients who call over the phone to cancel their membership but don't have an upcoming appointment and they need…

  12. It would be extremely helpful if BLVD had the capability to modify the price of a current membership. We run deals all the time that change the price of current members and our previous solution allowed us to discount their membership price for x amount of months or change the price all together.

  17. We love that there is a gallery in the client profile, but have years of photos on another program. The company is able to make an export but BLVD is currently not set up for bulk photo transfers. I can understand the concern, however doing this manually will take months and creates more room for mistakes to be made.
