  1. On the comments section on the appointments, it would be nice if we could edit it. It would also be helpful if we could make it more than 1 line (use enter button) and also if we can add the comment at any time during the visit, not just after the checkout has been completed.

  2. The business wants the ability to add symbols such as + or - when entering the cost. For an example: $40.00 is the list price but they want it to say $40.00+ as the cost may be more then what is being shown

  8. The ability for clients who walk-in to have the option to book their next appointment via the Booking Widget in the Duo App on iPad.

    Context: Client walks into business, there is no availability and the client cannot wait for a walk-in appointment. The client would like to book for a future date so instead of "Check-In" or "Walk-In", there is a third option to "Book Appointment" which opens the business's Booking Widget.

    This would be great for all businesses, especially those with deskless models, for a complete client experience engaged in the Duo App.

  9. Clients can create an online profile but if their online cart is not completed, it does not sync the online profile to the dashboard. It would be beneficial to sync this info so the business can market to clients who have interest but have not yet booked an appointment.

It would be great if we could have an option to say "Memberships automatically cancel after being unpaid for X days or months" We would definitely want this to be a customizable setting, perhaps even on the location level, but it would help has from ending up with 100s of past due memberships on our books

  15. Gift cards, vouchers, and account credit can be easily adjusted as needed in the client's profile. When adjustments need to be made with prepaid units, there are several steps required via a new order, so being able to easily make any changes in the profile will be extremely helpful.

  16. We do not want guests to be able to cancel their appointment via the confirmation email. If clients wish to cancel, they will need to call. This allows us the chance to get them rescheduled rather than just canceling their appointment. We won't be able to use the email feature at all until this is resolved or it's going to impact us in a very negative way.   17. I noticed when clients go to book online they are first asked to pick a professional before picking the day in which they'd like to book. My biggest concern with this is that if a client needs a particular day but their usual tanner isn't scheduled and we do have an alternative tanner for that day, the client will be unaware they can still book that particular day.

  18. A user more user friendly way to check on the configuration of Shopify Integration. I want to see which location I have mapped. Today there is no way to even know this is possible. You have to hit Configure >> Setup and there is nothing here that says "Current Configuration".

  20. As a part of onboarding, it was difficult for me to clean my data with multiple locations and exports of lists of contacts. It would be great for the program to recognize same contact information and result in error of import or exclude or override existing contact in the CRM.

    Also the ability to delete contact in error.
