  1. I need to be able to assign an offer code to certain individuals who do not have memberships. These would include VIPS per Owner, certain Friends & Family, etc.

  5. Please bring back the "guest of" tag or add an automatic "party" tag to guest of appointments. The new app update has eliminated the "guest of" marker and it's caused confusion for our service providers who rely on the app and not the browser.

  6. It would be great to have a projection of sales based on existing appointments to help for planning and budgeting. I switched from Vagaro and that feature was really nice to have.

  7. When someone creates a new online profile(new client bookings) the system should notify provider(s) that they have a booking with a new client and then send the client an email confirmation that is more tailored to new clients (advertises add-ons that may be beneficial, links to first timer tips or the provider website).

  8. Vouchers should not be listed as a product and be included in the report
    I would under stand if it was under memeberships but the whole set up is not ideal for business
    they tend to get lost in the product list

  9. Orders will be opened by accident and then left, when reviewing to see if it was an error or if the client owes the company, we have to go one by one and the sysytem refeshes so then we have go back to our place
    very time consuming and a waste of time.
    Just tried to close out all order but this is impossible
    I should be able to review the order and the account, return to sales and check it off, once i am done reveiwing a couple of client then I delete them together

  10. A "stamp" you press the number from a drop down and just stamp the number plain, no box. no line, where you put it is where it drops, more simplified for marking up charts.

  11. Recently the group tag emojis were revised, and it made it harder (for me) to quickly scan the calendar view to see which clients go with with group since several of the emojis look very similar. We use the colored dots on group appointments also, which does help, but emojis that look less similar would also help.

  12. Add a service count indicator on the appointment details that shows how many times the customer has done that service in the past. For example, if the customer has already completed 4 60min massage appointments, the schedule would have an indicator (when you click to see details) that shows they've completed 4 previously so we know it is their 5th.

    This would help provide better conversations with clients, and better staff awareness when a client is completing series of scheduled/prescribed treatments.

  14. In some of the charts we use, we need grids with titles and text boxes to add information. It could be an option under the Paragraph option in the Build tab

  16. In the new improved calendar view from mobile app we should be able to choose which 3 days we want to see at a time. Right now it will not let me see Tuesday weds Thursday together. We should also be able to pinch to expand or minimize the calendar.

  18. In a perfect world where our software can give our staff the notifications that they need to provide care to clients but also the business does not have to worry about Boulevard data being collected in private email servers of our staff...

    The email would have subject: "A client has booked a BBL Tuesday at 3pm" and only in the email body there was a appointment card that utilizes dynamic HTML that shows the staff when viewing that Nicki Minaj has booked a BBL at 3pm on Tuesday.

  19. It would be nice to have a hard visual delineation between the staff schedule and room schedule in the calendar. Currently looking at it in its full view, the two blend together as they both have the same greyed out background to show bookable times. If there could either be a bold vertical line between the two, or have a slightly different colored/patterned background (different than the grey), it would make it easier to know exactly where the staff schedules stop at a glance.

  20. It is confusing to have add ons appearing after a service's transition time. It would be nice to have them appear as the modifiers do or at least grouped with the service they are attached to.
