  1. When clicking on a product in the manage tab and showing the sidebar with sales history there is no year listed. It can look like an item is a hot seller when in fact the sales are all from years ago and it hasn't sold at all recently.

  2. It seems that many of the new features rolling out are items that aren't seen in the feature requests in here. It would be useful to have a feedback mechanism for the features that are released to see if the work that was done is actually meeting needs for customers.

    I may be in a minority, but I am finding many of the newest features to not be helping with any of my pain points in the software, and I wonder if I am alone in that.

  3. it would be great to be able to open a ticket for a client that isn't necessarily a sale of a product or an actual appointment or allow for you to add service to the "add sale" option for misc services. as of now, you have to create an appointment to create a ticket that isn't a sale of a product.

  4. Shopify allows a user to upload a new csv file to update their inventory listings. It would be amazing to have this option on Boulevard for products and services. Much of the data is far easier to manipulate in a spreadsheet and export to the proper csv format. It would be SOO much easier to deal with price changes, inventory adjustments, etc if we could do them in bulk via a csv.

  5. I would love a report that allows me to see ALL details for products.

    Details would include: inventory on hand, reorder point, brand, supplier, etc...

    Some items (like reorder level) can only be seen by painstakingly clicking on EVERY product.

  6. It would be great to see the actual time that is open during the process time of another appointment for double booking purposes. Right now, when you hover over an existing appointment that has an open space during process time, it shows the time of the existing appointment and not the open time. It can be confusing to determine what the open time is.

  15. Ability to Edit/Delete/Update payment methods through the API

    We are building out our own custom Client Portal and want to offer our users the ability to update their payment methods. This includes deleting a card, updating a card (expiration date is key as this avoid them calling the front desk and having us do it - they can do it themselves)

  16. Blocks are a majority of time used to denote lunches, breaks, personal time and tasks. It is rare that blocks are used for productive purposes for a business. Most productive uses would likely fall under a service appointment instead. It would be beneficial if the utilization percent used this as then it would reflect hours making money per hours scheduled rather than hours there are anything on the schedule per hours scheduled.

  18. It would be helpful to have a checkout alert in the same way that there is a scheduling alert. Some of our clients have special pricing adjustments and having those notes pop up at checkout would help to eliminate incorrectly charging clients.

  19. Let the reservationist control when an email alert is sent to a therapist stating that they have just been booked to provide a service. This will allow reservationists time to move appointments around on the schedule and perform other adjustments before alerting the therapist regarding final arrangements.
    Currently, booking alerts are uncontrollable and precipitous. Therapists often receive booking alerts before the reservation has been finalized, so if the expected appointment does not show up on their schedule after all, or in the way the alert told them it would, therapists become confused.

  20. It would be helpful to be able to actually speak to someone whenever a question/problem pops up. The support is great but sometimes time doesn't permit typing and waiting for responses.
