Manually move clients on waitlist
Ability to manually move clients on waitlist to show priority clients (Example ones that were cancelled on due to a stylist being sick, etc...)

Press "enter" to send text messages to clients
When in the "Messages" tab in the client's profile. After typing out a message I really dislike having to use my mouse to click "send". I would like to just be able to hit "enter" to send a message.

block clients from rescheduling more than 2 times online
we have a few clients who have become chronic reschedulers, so it would be nice if the system automatically blocked people from rescheduling the same appointment online if they've already moved it twice.

ask before deleting a note
We use the notes to store important information- including scanned forms since there is nowhere else to store them. It is very easy to delete these. You should be prompted to ask before deleting a note OR have a safe space for uploaded forms to be stored- maybe with the other forms.

We would like to be able to turn off resource view completely when we don't need to see them. It is very confusing when they pop up randomly!

Set rules around how close together appointments can be booked online
Many services have treatment rules that require the client to wait 4 weeks between appointments, but clients can currently book their appointments whenever. By being able to create rules around how close/far apart specific services can be booked, this will minimize the time needed to review and make sure those rules are being followed, since this impacts the treatment experience.

Account Credits API
We are developing our own referral program and require that account credits be applied automatically through APIs based on some event triggers from our end. Referrals account for a large portion of our growth so this is of utmost importance to us.
