  1. The business said that it is TOP priority that this report have the option to filter by date. They are needing to report on what inventory was month to month. At this time there is no date filter.

  2. It would be nice to have the option for the stylist to be notified via text when someone joins the wait list specifically for them. Sometimes stylists see their books differently than front desk and are able to fit them in.

  5. Be able to set processing time at the beginning of an appointment and not have the 5 minute time block at the beginning of appointments. This is ideal for treatments that require numbing before beginning. Even the 5 minutes stops treatments from being able to overlap smoothly and causes issues. We should be able to change the duration to 0 even if the treatment is not an add on! If you want to appeal to more medspa's this needs to change!

  6. If we want to enable or disable an existing service at some locations, but not all, we have to go into each location -> manage -> services -> locate the service -> activate or deactivate it. With nearing 30 locations, this is extremely tedious and should not be work that we have to spend time doing. If we can change this at the brand level that would be amazing - similar to how you check off the locations when creating a NEW service. It's frustrating that that's the only time we have that control at the brand level.

  7. Being able to open and edit a closed transaction. If a guest decides to buy product or need to add a service - would have the access to open and add what needs to be done. This would allow for more accurate reporting while also not having to make a whole booking for an add on service.

  13. Change the Orders screen to work more like Clients: When you click an order to view details, they slide over the screen to see details. Then when you close the order it slides back out of the way and you are still on the order screen. This allows you to keep any filters in place and still see the order details.

    A change like this would help streamline the user experience so more aspects of the program behave in the same way making it easier to use and to train new users.

Sometimes in the hustle & bustle of things we forget to change the duration of a clients appointment and then we either 1) have to go find their next appointment (which is no biggie) and adjust the time, but you have those instances where they do not rebook in studio and if they do it at home online and we don't catch it to adjust their appointment in time we are stuck. We have clients who are older or have disabilities who sometime need more time and if we forget to include that we have to wait, but they could…

  17. It would be helpful to be able to specify what stylists are willing to take new client online bookings. I have a few service providers that no longer want to take new clients. But don't want to get rid of online booking completely, because current clients like to schedule online with them. It would be helpful to have a setting where stylists can choose if they would like to be available for new online bookings.

  20. We would love the ability to select multiple staff members for a book out time. We currently use book out times for our meetings. For example, currently when we schedule our salon meeting I have to book a book out time on each individual stylists schedule. If we were able to select multiple stylists I would only have to do the book out process once and it would be applied to the schedule for everyone selected.
