  1. Alert the client when booking online that they already have a profile. Clients make multiple profiles because they can't remember their password or don't remember they have a profile and they end up creating multiple, which is a problem when we go to look at their history and their is nothing there. We then have to search if they have another profile.

  2. I would love for it all to be in one place. I am not interested in a scale or things like that more so to know what we've ordered and used vs. not. Not sure how this can be done but would just love a way to keep color inventory and things like foils in one place instead of adding another service for me to keep track of:)

Our SOP used to be to target special incentives or routing clients to new staff of the departed team member by emailing or texting them the offer or to ask them to give us a call so we can warm hand them to who we hope will take care of them going forward. In order to do this we want to create filters of Provider=Deactivated Staff, Last APPT=>30 days, Next APPT=0.

  10. We need to see all appointment adjustments from the appointment details section, such as when the service, service duration, or resource is changed, not only if it was rescheduled.

    (EX. Jane Doe changed the service from ABC to XYZ, or Jane Doe shortened the appointment from 1 hour to 45 minutes)

  11. Online booking members have been recreating accounts because they put in a different email address than the one originally provided. In turn this makes them two different accounts, one of which has all vouchers/memberships/history attached, and one that doesn't. This poses a problem at check out when they aren't able to redeem vouchers/memberships without reception or provider knowing to merge the accounts beforehand.

  12. Create a way to create tasks and tag other colleagues, etc. For example, be able to flag an appt and ask the front desk staff to reschedule, tag something for someone else to review, create a task for someone to call and follow up with someone about something and choose the staff I want to assign it to

  14. I realize there is a cancellation button. It would be great if the calendar marked when there used to be an appointment there and notes when it was canceled, if it was rescheduled, etc. Right now it just shows as an empty spot on the calendar as if there wasn't an appointment there originally. You then have to track down who the appointment was originally for.

    Also, it would be nice if it flagged people that canceled inside/outside of your cancellation policy. Right now someone can cancel with less than 24 hours and we wouldn't know. Thanks!

  15. Sometimes Grace answers the phone in cookeville and needs to book someone for lebanon but she cant see lebanon because she isnt a provider there

  17. I run several reports where I need things like all orders with discounts. The only reliable way to get this is to select each discount reason as an "include" filter (Thanks to people being able to type anything I now have 300+ discount reasons to add). It would be much easier to have it give an "is not blank" option for the discount field. That would catch all discount reasons (especially if someone can manually add a discount at any time that I need to know about to add to the report)

  18. We need to submit files that are larger than 1mb and more than 750 characters. We have a lot to say and a large consent file with images that needs to be submitted. Creates challenges shortening these if we are going to attempt to win them
