  1. Provide a detailed list, log or trail of all appointments that have been booked, canceled, or rescheduled. Admins need to have an overview. Admins need to keep an eye on the schedule, and at this point only the induvudual service provider gets an update on the appointments. Give admins ability to see all new bookings, cancelations and reschedules.

  2. It would be fantastic to be able to block online booking for certain services per employee on certain days. example i only want to take waxing on certain days and feed my less busy employees the spray tans so id like to block spray tan services with me online to enable my employees to get booked instead

  4. Its a little confusing that blocked time is still the color of our schedule. I know its a little darker but is there any way to have it completely change colors when blocked (like brown or black)?

  5. We often have clients who we send invoices to and they remit payment from their production company, etc. after the fact. Sometimes it's weeks or months later. It would be great to have a payment type called "House Charge" to make sure that service providers receive their commission timely and a way that when that person schedules another appointment, it shows an outstanding charge. Being able to run a report to show any outstanding charges would also be helpful.

  7. The professional app shows ALL employees when you select all staff (expected behavior). It would be very helpful to have an "is working" option like the dashboard calendar. It is very annoying to have to scroll past a whole block of people who aren't working to get to the next day. Most employees just have their own schedule which is great, but as a manager it is annoying to navigate when looking at the whole staff.

  8. When using the prebooking defaults on the calendar we would love for it to show us 4 weeks out from the date we have selected on the calendar. For example, if todays date is 4/11. My client has an appointment on 4/25 and wants to book another appointment 4 weeks after that, I want to be able to use the 4 week prebooking preset and have it take me to the correct date 4 weeks after 4/25. Currently it will take us 4 weeks out from todays date no matter what and it is just frustrating :)

  10. A Beta Report for Booked Forecasting with the ability to filter by Service Name. It would also be beneficial to filter by Service Category, Offer Code (Discount Name), Staff Name, etc. as you can with other Beta Reports.

  12. Consistent "Save" button location - Sometimes there is a save button in the upper right, sometimes in the lower right... sometimes you must scroll up or down to find a save button. Heck, sometimes save happens automatically. There is no consistency to any of this. It's very annoying that each module is obviously designed and written by teams that don't collaborate.

  18. Some clients can only do certain days. So say if someone can only do Mondays having the option to click on a Monday and having all Mondays down in a weeks view.
